Inner pot is not original parse khazar and not possible to use
I ordered an inner pot for my rice cooker. Communication went well up until payment. I received the pot but umfortunately the pot does not fit. It is not the correct original pars khazar inne pot. I have emailed and called but don't get any answer. I am obviously willing to find a solution for example buying a complete nice rice cooker but again no one answers after payment and shipment.
Product does arrive but in this case product is not correct and there is not much to do if you don't get any reply. For me 65 euros for an inner pot is not worth more than calling twice and sending email twice.
Edit: answer to the shops reply.
The one I had looks like the inner pot on your pictures. The one recieved does not look like the pictures on your website.

Various brands are sold in the market under the name "Pars Khazar," such as Euro Pars Khazar, etc., which are not genuine. If you use one of these brands, the Pars Khazar special pot is not usable. We only sell original Pars Khazar products.

Ordered the book with the hope of getting it before Christmas. That didn't happen, regretfully mostly due to an overeager customs service in Denmark.
All along the way Saeed was most helpful in his communication.

All good in the end. Very slick ordering and follow up with notice of shipping and invitation to rate. But the product (book) does ship from Iran so it takes a good couple of weeks to arrive. That's the only downside.
