I ordered, and said I would pay by paypal. Never received anything, never got charged, never received any communication, nothing.

You should mention the percentage of silk versus the wool.

I ordered a Green shawl and Alhamdu Lillah they went out of their way to get me one and also they even got it blessed for me at a Holy Shrine of the Ahlul Bayt upon requesting it.

Wrong item Sent, was supposed to be blue not cream with decorations. Long time waiting for parcel, however egg is pretty so have decided to keep. It would be difficult to send back anyway

I received the wrong item and customer support is ignoring me. $200 wasted, be warned.

Worse shopping experience
My package should've arrived between 10 to 20 days and i haven't receive it yet, when i asked the agent on the whatsapp they said post office cables have been stolen and they couldn't register it.
I would've give zero star if it was possible.
this is my first and last time doing shopping from iranian.

Beautiful products, the silk scarf I ordered for my wife was absolutely beautiful and far better than any product made elsewhere. Highly recommend this company but know that it will take a few weeks to receive your order.

Everything was good I like the product I just got, it is perfect and good quality.

I received my book but the shipping was longer than I expected. This is due to the long process of shipping a book from aboard. The service was very good. They supportes me very well through emails.

it took more than a month to receive my order, although I am based in Dubai which is very close to Iran.
I order 3 busts of ancient kings of Persia.
One arrived broken and one is wobbly as the base isn’t straight.
They finally refunded the broken one after numerous emails.
But overall i am please with the order, love them.

We placed the order for a Koobideh machine in on April the first, and received it on May the 12th. It took less than 6 days to be delivered from Iran once shipped but nearly 5 weeks to be processed as they first claimed shortsge of stock, four weeks closure of post offices for Nowroiz and anothr two weeks for ramedan. They then offered a compensatory gift, which was not asked for, but never eventuated anyway. This site will not be my first choice for future online purchase.

I ordered a Chador, but received only an unprocessed piece of fabric. I can buy fabrics in Germany for a fraction of this pretty high price, but nobody can sew a Chador over here. I'm really really disappointed.
