I ordered 2 jerseys for the World Cup 2026 it was supposed to be shipped before the 3rd of July (as they mentioned « to play it safe »). We are the 6th of July and still have no news about the shipment of my order.

I contacted the support and the only answer I got is to wait for more.

Great quality clothes with a lovely football twist to it, package arrived in good time and I even got some extra gifts within the package, awesome stuff! I highly recommend Joga Bonito and will be buying again.

My son discovered Joga Bonito on Instagram and not knowing anything about the company, I was a little hesitant to order but I was pleasantly surprised with all! First off, everything I ordered was great. The fit was perfect, the quality was high-end, and the design was unique and very cool. The shipping took a little while but when I reached out to customer service they got back to me right away reassuring that all was ok and in the works. I have already recommended the brand to other friends with teenage kids who are into soccer and I will definitely be buying from them again!

I’m giving this shop 1 star because the entire ordering experience has been incredibly disappointing. The jersey was advertised with an expected delivery of around 10 days so I could wear it during the World Cup, but the shipping date kept getting pushed back until it was basically going to arrive after the tournament was over.
Customer service responses were slow, confusing, and inconsistent about the actual ship date, and when I asked to cancel, they tried to charge a 50% cancellation fee even though the delays were on their end and the order hadn’t shipped. That is terrible customer service and does not feel customer‑friendly or transparent.
I’ve decided to keep the order only so I can return it when it arrives, but I will not be ordering from this shop again and I would not recommend it to friends or other fans looking for timely merch.

Pretty bad experience overall. The shipmenttimes are crazy because they seem to ship them from china. If you want to cancel your order they ask for a 50% fee

I have ordered 3 different times and each of the sweatshirts l got were great! Great quality, the material is thick and durable. Looked just like the photos and worth the money. I'm looking at ordering more!

Insane quality , and didn’t took as long as I expected to come

I ordered a pair of brazil jorts from the world cup drop and the embroidery was out of this world and the shipping took about a week 10/10 would buy again

Very bad experience around the World Cup drop. Ordered my shirt on June 6th. Would be in time before the first match, after 2 weeks nothing in the mail I emailed and they said it would ship on July 3rd (!!!). With 6-12 business days of shipment, this would most likely hit my doorstep after the World Cup ends... Then they charge a 50% cancellation fee.

My Experience was amazing, I bought a Mexico sweater, with the old mexico logo and it was a 10/10. I've used to to play soccer, work out, go on runs, and even out with friends, it's really comfy and fashionable. I would definitely buy from here again.

I had a great experience with Shopjogabonito. I needed to change the sizes on my order, and their team replied very quickly by email and handled everything smoothly before shipping. They also sent me the updated order information so I could confirm everything was correct.
