While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Shopkids is a scam!

Beware - Shopkids is a SCAM. We (a small independent children's boutique) were relentlessly pursued by a rep from Shoptiques.com, to sign up for Shopkids.com. They sold us a 1000 USD package, for our merchandise to be featured on their "exclusive kids webshop, with a "global customer base". These people have a GREAT pitch, but it's all one big LIE. They promised us we would be highlighted in their HUGE online PR launch. That launch never even took place.
Our boutique was never featured anywhere - in fact it was impossible to find our brands on their website. They rejected 90% of our inventory photos for absurd reasons, just to distract us. Our staff spent weeks (= a lot of paid hours) on reworking images - but even when they were accepted, they were not to be found when searched.
Once we sent emails, demanding answers, they ignored us. The link they sent us, as proof of our e-commerce page, was fake. After a lot of pressure, they listed some of our items, but at 10 times the price we had provided!!!
During the sales pitch, the reps were always available by phone. After our payment - zero phone contact was possible. This is a scum-of-the-earth group that gets their 1,000 USD payments from tons of trusting small business owners and then never looks back. Any positive review online is so obviously fake. Anyone who doubts the above need only check Shopkids' Facebook page: 206 likes, after 2 years in business!!!??? For a global e-commerce platform - that just says it all. Plus, hmmm, why have they removed the "Review" feature...?
This group of criminals, lead by Olga Vidisheva, needs to be exposed, before ONE more hard-working small business owner gets robbed of their money, time and trust.
