I wish I could leave zero stars .. website is scam.. take money out of bank account talking about subscription service and wasn’t able to cancel membership etc

This company is nothing but a scam and a fraud! You select a product to purchase, and they proceed to steal your banking details. These details are then used across multiple platforms by a company called "Xiomen." They initiate subscriptions using your email without your consent and withdraw money from your bank account under the pretense of adding funds to your balance for future purchases.

When you demand a refund, they mockingly negotiate with you over the amounts they’ve taken and claim their policies prohibit refunds.

I am filing a legal case against this fraudulent company through my lawyer friend in Cyprus to shut them down.

To anyone who has been a victim of theft or fraud by this company, please feel free to contact me. Together, we can gather information and pursue financial and criminal compensation against this deceitful business.

I used my husband's Credit Card, but you caoonot refund it in the Credit Card Account Number because he closed his account. somebody did fraud on his card for a lot of money.

I saw an ad on Instagram for an item. I wanted to know more and I arrived on a page asking me to order the item.
I thought I was ordering the item advertised and instead received an email letting me know that I was after paying for a subscription that I didn’t want.
I requested to cancel this subscription and a refund. I have not received any refund

I found the customer service extremely helpful. They guided le effectively and I would highly recommended them.

After care turned out be better than I thought
