I love this little gadget! & customer service!!
I love this little gadget!! I just set the can opener on the can, press the button & hop over to do something else while it does it's job (it is quick, but I'm always doing 2 things in the kitchen at once). I can hear the sound change when it's made it's rotation around, so I push the button, tilt the opener toward me & it keeps the lid on the magnet. I take it over to the trash, flick the lid off & put my handy gadget, still clean, away. (I kept the cardboard sleeve & slip it back into that to keep the blade & wheel safe & clean) I love it & would love to buy one for a couple people with arthritis in my life.
But even more than all this, I LOVE their customer service. I wish everyone I had to talk to could be as kind & helpful as Serge. At first I thought the can opener wasn't working (silly me, I kept the sticker on initially to make sure it was good before I completely got rid of all the packaging, in case I wasn't happy with it. What I didn't realize was that held the button down just enough to keep the blade next to the gear, not allowing space for the can to fit). Serge gave me some ideas to get it working (including making sure I had removed the sticker), before planning to send me a new one. I took so much time before getting around to trying it again & getting distracted before responding. But I received a couple emails checking back in to see if it was working or if there was something else they could do. I was so impressed to be remembered & cared about. Such amazing customer service!

Warranty service from Kitchen Mana is great!
We bought a Kitchen Mama can opener last year and it quit working this year. I entered a claim under warranty and have never had such good service with a warranty claim. I got a replacement unit in a matter of days. Kudos to their service team!

great customer service
I bought one of those handheld can openers removes the lid, rather than cut the lid. I would not be using it much (most cans I get are pull ring). I guess I got a lemon because it stopped working after 3 uses. Since it was not used much when I contacted them it was a day past the return option. They went above and beyond to get me a replacement. They did not need to do that. My opinion: that is huge.

Our Kitchen mama, an automatic can opener, unfortunately fell off a kitchen work surface and from then on did not work.
I contacted the supplier and they asked me to try a few things to get it to work,but to no avail.
As it was still under guarantee,they replaced it.

Support department was very good!
We liked the kitchen mama and found it easy on the hands. We did have an issue with our first one, and found that customer service was very effective and communicated well. We are very happy with the service department, and so far the initial concern appears to have been addressed.

I originally purchased a can opener…
I originally purchased a can opener from Kitchen Mama in 2023 and just recently the can opener became defective. So I emailed KM regarding the issue. To be honest, I was not expecting any replacement but more like asking them how I can fix it.
The staff kindly pointed out how I can fix it but I can’t seem to fix it.
Without a doubt or question, KM kindly sent me the replacement!
This is a best company that will stand behind their products and services!

I had a Kitchen mama can opener for years. I just loved it. I ordered a new one, but something happened to it in about a month, it Fastened on to the can and wouldn’t come off.
