Lied To and Forgotten

I placed an offer on a vehicle the evening of March 13th with Kunes. I was texted the following morning the vehicle was available and they offered me $500 discount to purchase and it seemed they had no clue I had sent in an offer already. I replied I wanted to close the deal at 9am on March 14th. No reply. I called and spoke to a Keegan who sent me a new application which I immediately filled out and returned. I also said I wanted to secure the sale right away. He said don't worry we got this. Hours later silence so I called again and got a Seth who said the same thing, not to worry they had me covered the truck was not going anywhere and they would take care of me as soon as possible. A few more hours later I called again and this time asked for finance. That person said the truck was sold to someone else earlier today although I placed my offer yesterday they sold it out from underneath me and acted as if oh well too bad first come, another buyer drove to the dealership and so of course they took his business over mine online. I am outraged and this coming from a supposed Christian based business. Ridiculous and pathetic salesmanship and service. I honestly think their departments have zero clue working with on site and online customers to ensure this cannot happen. I feel betrayed by this dealership, my heart and other decisions were set on this vehicle after quite a dedicated search. They apparently have enough business that it doesn't matter to them whatsoever. You're a number nothing more and the customers just keep coming so oh well we screwed you over someone else will be in tomorrow. I am positive they will create a scenario reply that makes them look good and perhaps me not so good, but the truth is they didn't communicate internally or with me on a professional basis at all, zero, nada, I was dropped in a hole and forgotten by their staff. They cannot spin that although watch them try. Dealerships - can't trust any of them and this one is NO EXCEPTION.
