Stay Away -- you should buy from Powecom or WellBefore.

STOP Sending Me Emails
This company keeps sending me emails and will NOT remove me from their email list even though I unsubscribed from my email. I never ordered anything from this company, nor do I plan on ordering anything. I'm not even sure how they have my email address
Maskc is selling fake KN95 masks
The KN95 masks that shopmaskc sells are not legitimate KN95 masks. There is no GB marking printed on the mask that is required when the masks are manufactured in China. Also, if you research the mask, you will find legit labs that have tested the mask which they have found is not a true KN95 mask. Not even close.
I left a 1 star review on their mask and it was filtered out and not published. If you look at every single mask and their reviews, you will never see a low review. They only post the positive reviews.
If you want the honest protection that you deserve, do not purchase a mask from MaskC. You are not getting the real deal and you're paying high prices for fake masks.
It's a joke that masks are not regulated to be exactly what the company is advertising and they're putting peoples lives at risk.
Unfortunately I purchased (and wore) their fake masks several times prior to finding out that their masks are counterfeit. They will be cut up and trashed.

I’m sorry I didn’t consult this site before I ordered from this company. Terrible Customer Service - I did get responses, but no help - just attitude and deflection. They even went so far as to change the design name - as my problem wasn’t with not receiving an order, but with receiving the wrong design. Went back and forth with them for over a month - and all they had to say was that they no longer had the design I ordered in stock. Tried to tell me that I got what I ordered - wrong. I have written Jennifer Garner about taking her brand off their advertising- because she is the person who introduced me to this company - it’s another Instagram vampire - sham business, period. Beware!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. Tried to cancel after passing the two week mark because only a label was created, they said it already shipped so they couldn't. Then I received a usps update that it shipped the next day at night. Masks are poor quality.
Also, these masks don't have certification printed on the mask which is required for legitimate KN95.
If they haven't shipped contact your credit card company.
Horrible company
Placed my order February 5th. My order has yet to ship, yet I keep receiving emails on new sales 2-3 times per day. I have emailed them at least 4 times and no one will reply. I reached out through private message on Facebook and the rep there only sent me a tracking link to a label created on the 21st. It's the 28th and that page has not changed, USPS is still awaiting the item. I reached out again on Facebook and after literally arguing with me and not apologizing once, the support rep there blocked me from writing to them or commenting on any of their posts. Still no response via email. Issuing a dispute for the charge today, I wish I could review the masks themselves, but I will probably never receive anything after spending $100 on my first order with them. The support alone deserves zero stars, stay clear.
Defective masks
11 out of the 20 black masks I received were defective & I even provided pictures to verify this. I have contacted this company 3 times to request a replacement order or a refund & they keep sending a generic message about shipping. They are obviously not even reading the email. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

These masks are cheap. The strap is only glued on and comes off of everyone we have tried. Have to use gorilla glue to put back on.

As others have stated - the website makes claims that shipping will be same day if before the cutoff time. This is completely false and a scam. I needed my order by a specific day. Based on the claims on the website there was plenty of time, but I paid for expedited shipping anyway just so I didn't have to worry. Even two weeks later masks still have not arrived, even though my money was taken from my account right away. I cannot find a phone number to call. I have sent two emails with no response. DON'T BUY. They Lie About Shipping and Have ZERO Customer Service
This company lied and said my child's in stock mask would ship the same day. I paid for two-day shipping. I got my order more than two weeks later. I emailed several times and received no shipping status. I then emailed demanding a refund and cancellation and they instead shipped my order days later. I messaged them on instagram demanding a refund and they said they'd give me one. A week later that's not the case. I'm reporting them to the BBB.

Ordered 2 10 packs of masks based on the ship date they have on their website in ALL UPPERCASE LETTERS. They did not ship on time. I requested they cancel my order. Instead they created a shipping label and then didn't send them out until the day I needed them to arrive. When I finally received my very late package, I was surprised to note they only bothered to ship 1 10 pack. Unfortunately their customer service email only sends automated replies. The phone number listed on facebook isn't in service, and if you comment on social, they will immediately block you. So, I filed a claim with my credit card. We will see what happens.

When I hadn’t received my order in 7 days, I emailed you. Twice. No one ever responded.
Yesterday I emailed again, but used the word “offensive word here” in the heading, hoping to get your attention. I guess it did. I also sent and posted a polite inquiry via Facebook, inquiring as to the status of my order.
This morning I woke up to an email notifying me that my order had been canceled at my request. That was it. No explanation whatsoever.
I didn’t want to cancel my order with you, but I DID want to know when these items ship and when I can expect them to arrive. Basically I wanted to actually receive what I paid for, and to have some idea of when it would arrive. You know, like anyone, even YOU, would expect after ordering online.
I emailed you twice previously with zero response.
Then, I got fed up, and instead of explaining the situation, you canceled my order with no explanation.
This is not customer service. I would never order from you guys again. And I would never recommend you either.
I’m sitting here for ten days waiting with no word. Had I known that my order was never sent, I could have canceled and gone elsewhere. Now I have a flight approaching and no masks. Why did they not go out at the time I ordered?
Seriously. No explanation. No response. No apology. Not even a reply.
And instead of simply responding, like a responsible and considerate and mature and NORMAL person or business would do, you just cancel my order. Again, without any explanation whatsoever.
And you blocked me from Facebook too? How old are you guys? 15? You won’t be in business long at this rate.
