I am following up on this matter to state clearly: this company is completely dishonest and deceitful. You are merely pocketing customers’ money and keeping it for yourselves. There has been no update, no explanation, no refund — only silence. This proves you are liars and utterly unreliable.
As a Muslim, I declare firmly: I will never halal the money your company has wrongfully taken and withheld. Under Islamic teachings, wealth gained unjustly carries no blessing. Remember Al-Hisab — The Reckoning: every individual is fully accountable for their deeds. The final and absolute recompense occurs on the Day of Judgment, where all thoughts and actions are weighed. You cannot escape what is due for running your business without honesty, justice, or integrity.
Return what rightfully belongs to me immediately.
