ABSOLUTE SCAM! Work with this agency on a mystery video assignment was chaotic. I delivered two videos as agreed. The client admitted sending wrong instructions for the second and offered an extra for a revision with expanded scope. Before paying the first milestone, they closed the contract and tried to start a new one, leaving the original unpaid. Instructions kept changing and payment was withheld. I cannot recommend this client.
