A easy and fun shopping experience

I had a great experience shopping on Micas. My order came in faster than expected with no problems at all. Everything came packaged very nicely with no smells. I love how reasonable priced all the items are. They have such a wide selection of items and are very size inclusive. It made shopping feel so much more pleasant without feeling discouraged about the sizing. I will definitely be ordering more.

They over sale items

They over sale items. You buy the item, says it’s available and then they send you an email saying that the items you bought are sold out but if you made multiple orders they don’t specify and they say they can refund you in over 30 days usually takes much more. If you send emails to support on WhatsApp they respond every 12 hours very few words and you tell them you have emailed them 3 or 4 times asking which item is sold out they can never find your emails even tho you send them a copy, it’s very funny and of course, the customer service team never responds your emails.I bought here many times cause the clothing looks good but is not worth the long wait times and the lack of response. I am still waiting on items from december and it’s almost February

The clothes are chic and trendy

The clothes are chic and trendy. The items I've received have been decent/good quality overall--that's the only positive. The negatives definitely outweigh the positives. The problem I've experienced with this company is, it takes them FOREVER to ship my order. Oftentimes, the items I select, end up getting sold out. I surmise the items sell out, because they wait so long to actually process and ship my order. And, be careful when you receive the order update emails indicating ship status for your order. These are deceptive in nature. They use that tactic as a ploy to stall you, and buy them time, in hopes you don't cancel your order via your credit card company. I've come across other Retail Vendors that use this tactic as well. So, buyer beware of Micas' online Retail store because they're definitely giving SHADY business practices!!! In addition, they only have a 14-day return policy. That's a super quick turnaround. So, when you receive your order, if you receive your order, try on your items IMMEDIATELY!!!....So again, buyer beware of this company. Cute clothes, but they're shady to deal with, and shipping takes entirely too long!!!!!!

Cute pieces and great quality

I really loved these pieces. The pants fit nicely and are comfortable, and the blouses are super cute and easy to style. The fabric feels good quality and everything looked just like the photos. Overall, a very positive experience.

I have ordered from Micas several times…

I have ordered from Micas several times now and I've never been more disappointed. The last orders have been problematic. The first was an order I placed and was awaiting. The order was showing in stock. After along delay and no updates, I reached out to their customer support only to be informed at that point that the item was out of stock and would not be restocked. The second issue was on a return. I had never worn the product as it was too big. As requested, I provided a picture as proof. I received an email back stating the would not be refunding because the item had an order. Keep in mind the product was $85. I had to basically inform them I would take them to court before a refund was issued. The third was today. I ordered an item four days ago for a status update to only be informed yet again that the product was out of stock. I think it's fair to say Micas team and customer service is plummeting. I will be taking my money elsewhere. Also, the fit of the clothes has changed, where I always small the clothing has had an ill fit lately.

I purchased several things from this…

I purchased several things from this company back in 2022 2023 and it was top-notch great quality great prices. Sadly I purchased a few things in 2025 and 2026 and it was a complete disappointment. The quality of clothes is cheap. the jewelry I wore a ring for an hour and the stone fell out. It’s sad cause they have great style, but the quality is cheap.

Received my dress after 2 months after…

Received my dress after 2 months after my event had already passed and was promised several times it was ‘on the way’.
The dress looks so cheap all the feathers fell off the first time I tried it on- it went right into the garbage. Complete waste of money. Do not buy from them:
