I have to be honest... they treated me right.
I have to be honest, this company treated me right. I was nervous after reading all of the "not so great" reviews, but I had no problems, and honestly thought that I would take the time to acknowledge my experience. I ordered a necklace, and 2 buddha statues from shopmodus.com. When I received the statues, they were both broken. I was bummed out, and reached out to the company to see what could be done. I must say, the "contact us" email address they included in all of the tracking emails (prior to receiving my order) was not correct - but it only took a little bit of investigating to find the correct one. I emailed the support team, letting them know about my disappointment with the broken items and sent a picture as well. I totally realized that this was really the delivery company's fault, and not shopmodus.com. They emailed me back within 48 hours with an apology, and an offer to either send replacements OR refund me my money. I chose the refund. I was skeptical as to whether or not I would receive it after reading other reviews, but just checked my credit card and they most certainly kept their promise and credited me the agreed upon amount. I think these guys truly mean well, and they deserve a good rating - they handled my issue very appropriately, and I appreciated it!
