I only have the wedge a few days - I love it! My desk isn’t covered in post-its and my to-do list is always visible. The product is well made and professional looking.
I had a fantastic customer experience when I contacted the company via the online chat function on their website. From the time the order was confirmed I was kept updated via emails regarding the dispatch of my wedge.
Ordered on a Tuesday and received in Northern Ireland on the Thursday.
5 star service for a 5 star company.

This has honestly changed my way of working, as some with dyslexia I used to use post it notes and things were lost. It helps keep track of my tasks and the hidden storage has made my desk and work space a dream.
I have now got them for 2 of my employees also as it’s been so helpful to keep people on task

I ❤️ this product. I used to be the Queen of sticky notes. Now I write and erase on the Wedge. Simple but fabulous and stylish too. I am very happy with the purchase.

The Notera Wedge has been a fabulous addition to my desktop and something of a game changer. It's an ingeniously straightforward analogue concept that's been executed beautifully, in a really nicely built piece of kit. Incorporating it into my routine has felt utterly instinctive from the moment I received it.
In common, I'm sure, with a lot of people, I have a lot of random things cropping up during a typical working day that I need to remind myself about, and short-term to-do lists to draw up. I don't always want - or indeed need - to be adding each and every one of these to my Todoist app, my calendar or Google Tasks. That's far too much of a faff and just not necessary.
Having a means of just jotting down these memory-joggers in front of me, but without them becoming visually intrusive, is perfect (and obviously so much better than having scraps of paper all over the place). I also find it's making life a lot less stressful.
So, yes, I'm a very satisfied customer.

I absolutely love using the wedge.
It sits comfortably between my screen and keyboard, so my task list on the board doesn't get missed in a notepad, post-it notes, or Excel sheet.
Also, when my delivery of extra pens was delayed, the response and support from the Notera team was a true Customer-oriented Service!

I absolutely love the main product, it has revolutionised my work space and note keeping and I practically use it every day. That being said, the pens are overpriced and I would not recommend you pay for them.

What is a let down with this company is their delivery which was an absolute disappointment. Operated by RoyalMail. If im honest, I cannot respect a company that uses RM as its provider as it shows they have 0 care for customer satisfaction and speedy effective delivery of their product. I had to wait 2 weeks to get my pens. For that reason I would not use them again unless they start using a proper parcel handler.
