Reached out to customer service and got probably the most disrespectful person I've ever dealt with at a company. Not only were they not helpful, they were making comparisons to this site (using $) to crypto currency sites that require a photo of yourself to buy anything. Will never use this company again. Darko was the customer service rep. I highly suggest using PoE currency or something for in-game stuff if you value amazing customer service, which is very clearly, important to me. Also, first time buyers out there, it is NOT normal for a company to request a photo of yourself with a hand written date for today to receive goods bought over the internet. No other currency site does this.
