WOW! Great bike!
WOW! The quality of the bike is fantastic and overall excellent value for money. Delivery took about 2 weeks, packaged well, all arrived safely. Took about 30 minutes to unbox and make the adjustments ready to ride. Use the helpful video on the website to aid you.
If you are thinking about buying a bike from Halfords etc. take a look at Canellini, as they are just as good if not superior build quality and the prices are better!

Low quality low price ratio (updated review after 6 months of usage)
I really love using my bike. The delivery was very quick. And the client service is very attentive and responsive. Extremely happy about my purchase and I am wishing the shop success!
Update after 6 months of usage : the basket isn’t resistant and was completely broken after 3 months of usage. It is not robust and the bottom part gets completely disattached. It fell from my bike on my way and it was extremely dangerous as I was in the middle of the road. Next point, I have had many problems with my pedals that kept on dis attaching itself and falling from the bike while I was biking. It has destroyed the inner part of the crank and i had to reorder the parts. I have installed it correctly from the beginning but the quality of crank is very low (it is made out of aluminium). Bike is beautiful but the life span of it is very low. All of the parts are already oxydating and degrading after 6 months. I except it to serve me for 2-3 years and I will have to invest in a new bike.

Regarding the crank, as already explained, it was mounted incorrectly and that's why it frayed.
As far as the basket is concerned, we never received any message from you about it. As I haven't seen any pictures I can't understand what happened. I can only assume that it was loaded with too much weight and this caused it to break. I am very sorry.

Beautiful Retro Bike
In less than a week after ordering, my bike arrived. It is beautiful and meets expectations. My advice is watch the assembly video before delivery so you have all the tools. My wife now wants a similar Ebike for her birthday.

This bike is beautiful
This bike is beautiful, the design, build quality and styling is amazing.
It arrived much quicker than I was expecting given it was coming from Italy to the North West if England. It took my husband not even an hour to put the pedals on, set the handle bars, attach basket etc and road test it for me.
My only regret was not ordering the bell at the same time.
Ladies if you want a stunning bike that doesn’t kill your back from leaning forward, were you can step through rather than cocking your leg over and feel like a million dollars when you ride it, this is the bike for you.
