I wasvexpecing Laura but a man delivered instead
Îa. Ina wheelchair and had sent laura instructions how to enter the building which she did not pass’on to her partner.
I sas alzrmed as handicapped’and alone
He was charming anfd friendly but I was still worried bout openîg my’door
He told me whickh’interrmarche shop had entrusted mupy délivrery ,bit they disagreed nrverr again

Multiple cancellations and delays of groceries.

My grocery deliver store uses Shopopop for their deliveries and I have had nothing but negative experiences. The drivers always require me to give them detailed directions to the apartment (even though they have the address for the GPS and instructions I leave in the app) and they often deliver very far from my door. Today, my order was supposed to be delivered at 9 a.m. It is now 1:30 p.m. and I have not received my order. When I tried to chat with customer service using the chat function, the correspondent completely disappeared and I have no updates on my order at all. I have also had my orders canceled multiple times and moved to another day, with no possibility to get a refund. I guess I will have to find a new store for grocery delivery because I will never use Shopopop for anything again.

Humainement parfait,Techniquement à faire progresser

Two drawbacks compared to my overall feeling: The order tracking is not tracked in real time (my delivery took place while the IT status was "taken into account) and the order site.... my god... it was implemented by a geek not by a salesperson... Technically, it works but for the customer it is disappointing.

Appalling service, never again

Carrefour is using Shopopop for "Express" deliveries, which are meant to arrive within an hour and they are charging me for this service.

My grocery (food!!!) order last weekend arrived 24 (twenty-four) hours late!!

The one the previous week arrived 5 (five) hours late!!

Where the delays are concerned, I am not blaming the person that finally delivers my orders but rather the organisation of Shopopop itself - it terrible.

Their phones are only manned during limited hours and their 'chat' service denies all knowledge that they even offer an express service!

(Also, about two weeks ago their delivery guy comes into my kitchen, starts walking around and asks for a drink; I felt very uncomfortable with that too).

I ordered a delivery of my laundry from…

I ordered a delivery of my laundry from 5asec and as I ordered the delivery I see that it is handled by shopopop (as referenced in the confirmation email). It was never delivered so I email them to follow up and suggest another date - they reply directing me to contact another company (which turns out to be the transporter partner). I ask who that other company is and if they can send the contact number and was met with utter sarcasm and rudeness instead of explaining the role of each company in this seemingly simple delivery order I have. How infuriating! This is absolute unacceptable customer service treatment - the clients don’t know the full logistical ecosystem behind the order and should not be dealt with exasperation! I would like to signal this very rude behaviour behind the shopopop service in France named CAMILLE. Unacceptable accompaniment.

A very good service

Delivery not received and no sign of a refund yet

J'ai commandé une livraison le lundi 2 septembre chez Hyper U Agde. J'ai attendu chez moi avec mon téléphone toute la matinée. La livraison n'est jamais arrivée, puis j'ai reçu un e-mail indiquant que le chauffeur avait appelé, mais que je n'étais pas là et j'ai également essayé de me contacter par téléphone. J'étais à la maison et j'étais assis sur la terrasse, mais il n'y a eu aucune tentative de livrer. Il n'y a pas non plus eu de tentative de me téléphoner. Service choquant. Ils n'ont pas fourni de coordonnées à résoudre, mais ils m'ont envoyé un e-mail me demandant de revoir mon expérience ! Je n'ai rien entendu d'Hyper U ou de Shopopop et j'attends toujours un remboursement de mes 131 €.

Ordered a delivery on Monday 2nd September from Hyper U Agde. Was waiting at my house with my phone all morning. The delivery never arrived and then I received an email stating the driver called but I was not there and also tried to contact me by telephone. I was at the house and was sitting on the terrace but there was no attempt to deliver. There was also no attempt to telephone me. Shocking service. They provided no contact details for me to resolve but did send me an email asking me to review my experience!! I have heard nothing from Hyper U or Shopopop and I am still awaiting a refund of my €131.
