I paid €102 for a purchase, but unfortunately the seller sold the item. I requested a refund from Cocolis, who only compensated me with €40. I am very dissatisfied; it's a scam.

I've used Cocolis twice and each time has been a pleasant surprise. The system works well, the transporters are very professional (on time, communicative, helpful, kind etc.) I felt at ease leaving my possessions with them both times I used this service.

I am very satisfied with the two transporters found through Cocolis : one for Strasbourg-Paris & the other for Strasbourg - Nimes. Both transporters arrived in time and all objects were delivered without anything broken.

This is my second review of Cocolis, and it is not getting better.
I had a claim on a cabin that was damaged doing transport. I have fulfilled all their requirements and requests, and now, more than a month later.
The status is they have referred me to their insurance company, which has yet to reply.
Cocolis have answered that they have refunded the seller (from Selency, so I paid for it) the transportation cost, and have now stopped responding to my emails.

It's funny how I only get a reply on my emails when I am complaining here 😉
