Customer service excellent

Final Update: I cannot comment on the product, but customer support has been thorough and extremely satisfactory. I now understand their endeavours with the courier and that lack of response on their part was due to computer server issues on their end. So my experience was positive but I cannot give 5 stars as I have not decided yet to order another item.
Refund issued directly after I posted this. So thank you but I'd still be wary
Well what can I say about an item that does not arrive. Packlink have had the parcel since 8/9/22. It's still at the hub. I have emailed your company requesting that you do something about it and have not had a reply. So for me, I have lost my money and I am disappointed. Would not recommend. I think shopporter should read the reviews on Packlink

Very happy with my order

I am very happy with my pijama set and the cosmetics I got. The material is beautiful , comfortable and fits perfectly. Being a Moomin fan this is just perfect for me. Fast delivery and great customer service. Definitely recommend!!

Outstanding Customer Service

Recently purchased a dress on almost 60% discount with an additional 10% off but missed the page to put my discount code then I contacted customer services via WebChat and received a response within less than 2 minutes! Emily sorted my additional discount within minutes and all with a courteous, friendly message. Customer care doesn't get any better!

I was a little bit reluctant about…

I was a little bit reluctant about shopping on this site as it would be my first experience but I'm very happy with my order. It arrived in two days. I got what ordered for. The right size, color, item. The items are very good quality and I could track them all the way to Ireland. Thank you

I forgot to apply my discount code for…

I forgot to apply my discount code for 10% off at checkout. I realised as soon as I placed the order. I contacted shoporter via online chat and Karen responded to my enquiry instantly. It was not like other retail chats where I have had to wait for 2-3 hours to get a response from a real human. I explained the situation and thought I may have to cancel the order and place it again with the code but Karen was able to apply the discount code immediately and refund me 10% of the order right away. I received an email from PayPal that it had been refunded within the minute. Amazingly quick service. Really appreciated the help!
