Order never arrived. I emailed after not getting a receipt or delivery date, 3 times! Tried to find a phone number? None!
I paid by Clearpay and I've put a complaint in, I do hope Clearpay take them off of their list!
If I could give them a minus rating, it would be-10 💩😡

If I could give this company 1 or minus stars I would. If only I’d read the reviews before ordering.
BEWARE.
I used this company because it stated a mug could be delivered on 4/1. This was to be a present for a birthday gathering on 5/1.
When nothing arrived by 5/1 I sent an e mail I stating how disgusted I was. Sarcastically I told them to cancel my order because I doubted it had even been posted.
Today’s reply (6/1) stated my money had been refunded and, guess what? They are on annual holiday.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS BOGUS COMPANY.
I notice they sell through Amazon and Etsy too. C

Disgusting. Not what I ordered cheap Tat, con artists , emailed 3 x no reply, £20 rip off !!!!

I ordered a turtle necklace as a present. It never turned up. I wrote. Three times. No reply. No necklace. I’m now £20 out of pocket. Please DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE. IT ALL LOOKS VERY LEGIT BUT CLEARLY IT ISN’T.

The turtle necklace I ordered for £19 was very misleading - what looked like a gem-stone on the image on the website turned out to be cheap resin and glitter, this is supposed to be a gift and I would have been embarrassed giving it. As per the website, I contacted them for instructions of how to return (I could be refunded within 2 weeks of receipt). I've sent 2 emails and haven't gotten a reply, so that's £20 I'll never get back! Avoid.

Have placed an order.
No shipping updates.
No replies to emails.
Need order as its a gift, paid for express shipping.
Not looking good, lack of communication with customers.
Not sure I will be ordering again or recommending.
Infact if item doesn't show I will be sharing the negative experience all over thw social platforms. Maybe that will encourage them to put customers at the forefront.

I ordered some earrings on the 21st of November and now it's the 9th of January and nothing has turned up! I have emailed them multiple times and only had one response saying they would resend them! I have asked for my money back and still nothing! Definitely the worst Internet experience iv had!

The butterfly choker, changed colour on the first wear, leaving my neck covered in black marks. Such a let down. Not buying from here again
