We've been able to manage multiple campaigns, projects, and deploy new products to multiple marketplaces and ecommerce sites that we've had them manage for us. As a critical partner to our success I have found them to be much more proactive than other agencies and certainly more hands on and efficient than other ecommerce software companies. What I love about SCE is that they're responsive and able to quickly assess problems and solve them. They also provide both software flexibility and team resources I need to fill all the gaps in our business, whether it's design, programing or even customer service shortfalls. I'll certainly be using them with future projects and roles.

The wonderful staff at Shopping Cart Elite have gone above and beyond what was required of them since the very beginning when they were helping us set up our products. They helped us list our products on the marketplaces with ease and kept in constant communication with us all along the way. They were in contact with us nearly every day and responded to our questions rapidly no matter what time of day. Igor was an integral part of this entire process and helped us reach maximum exposure in an exceptionally short amount of time. We will continue to list our products and post new ones while having complete trust in Shopping Cart Elite to make sure that they reach the paramount performance necessary in this extremely competitive era. We will also be moving our website over in the first quarter of 2018.

First off let me digress by saying they have the website portion, but wow don't even try to touch the marketplace feeds.

Let me start off by listing every single problem i've had with them.
1. Their whole "feeds" system basically overwrites all of your existing data. You better make sure your data is straight otherwise you're screwed.
2. You want to integrate besides ebay or amazon? Too bad. The newegg feed never works and is constantly giving errors. The Rakuten feed actually keeps FAILING on SCE's end. The sears feed never worked since day 1, but the sears marketplace didn't really yield us much revenue anyway.
3. Would you like to use the FTP integrations? Tough luck as their service staff NEVER get back to you and will never fix it.
4. Do you use custom HTML ebay templates? You better throw them away because their custom html hosting software actually breaks all of your links and makes your listings look like absolutely crap.
5. In our business we have different pricing per marketplace, but SCE's system gets too complicated for different tiered pricing. Even if you want a different price for amazon and ebay, you have to jump through hoops and errors just to get what you want.
6. Are you trying to integrate with Jet? Well never choose SCE as every single order that came in never actually worked. Our account got suspended because of their lack of support from these "developers".
7. We've run into many bugs regarding inventory. As soon as an order would populate, our order would get a "custom product" tag and FAILED to subtract inventory. We nearly went out of business trying to update inventory in a timely manner.

Please avoid this company at all costs if you are a marketplace seller. You're going to be ripping your hair out and will waste your time.
