Excellent service, Duty and fees were much higher
Customer service was excellent and the product arrived on time. The watch is genuine and the warranty card was pre-filled. Only complaint I have is that the site estimated duty + DHL fees to be $55 but it was $97. The data on the web site is misleading.

Great Experience. But be aware of the duty tax that you have to pay.
Product & shipping time was good. I got caught off guard with the customs duty tax of $138 extra I had to pay. I could have purchased it Brand new in America for $925.00 with tax included from reputable gray market dealer but I chouse JapanNet instead for just a little more money. I cant blame you because if I would have read the fine print it said customer is responsible for duty tax. That took me well over $250 more them buying locally.

Erika Aoki was a huge help to me. On May 27, I purchased an Orient watch without registering an account. The confirmation was sent to an email address I rarely use. Czech Post required proof of purchase, but I didn't have the order details. I sent an email asking for assistance, and Erika Aoki managed to locate the order—which was no easy task. And thanks to the help of Erika Aoki, I can still enjoy my Orient watch.
