Yep they have done me too, I bought an indestructible strimmer, it last 20 minutes then fell a part, I can't get my money back, iv tried , i wish I had seen the previous reviews before wasting my money, £30 down the drain

I ordered 2 sets and a hand bag ,the sets were XL and whene they came the shirts were extremely oversized and the shorts were one undersize and one oversize, the quality was disgusting,also i ordered 1 black and one cyan set and insted of the black they sent the same one in white. I baught them for light cotton cloth and they were made from bad quality cotton esothermic material-cloth. The handbag aslo was the worst of the worst quality, like it was made from wood and the zippers weren't evenn closing after i opend them, and also the bag was not the one that i ordered.

This was a complete scam! One outfit I ordered was described as a chiffon top; there was no chiffon any where in the envelope it was delivered in. Another outfit was described as a Mother of the Bride outfit, it didn't come close to be appropriate at all. I ordered $201.00 worth of clothing, it arrived stuffed in a mailing envelope. I e-mailed back and forth with the company and received very little support. I returned all the merchandise via UPS (at my expense) the shipper refused to accept the box. It was returned to UPS. I told them to just throw it out, because I would be ashamed to give it to Good Will.

Complete scam. They sent me something completely different than what I ordered and have been ignoring me since October to get a refund.
