Just A Disaster!!!!

So I made an order on January 14th getting the pink Vivian dress with a bathing suit set and some pink glasses MEANT for my overseas trip ( leaving the 25th). I emailed this company multiple times on an attempt to receive my package before the date of my departure. I emailed them because I didn’t receive a confirmation number or a tracking number in over a week of me ordering my things. Not only did the package come Late , but it came later than expected ( I received my package today January 31st). Now when I pulled out the pink Vivian dress I wasn’t aware that it is a Set and the top piece is in POOR condition as if the back was just cut out by a pair of sheers and packed for my package. I tried to issue a refund through email once before when I knew my package wasn’t going to come on time for my trip and they rushed to send my package out. NOW I DEFINITELY Want a refund and I will be blasting this message across all social medias. I wish I could upload a picture of how poorly made the top piece of my dress was made. Never ordering from here again. And neither should you !

However, there seems to be a misunderstanding of our processing and shipping policy. We are a very small company, we make sure to include our processing and shipping time all over our website. Under every items description, a dedicated shipping page, and again at checkout. Our processing time is 3-5 business days, and our shipping is an additional 3-5 business days. Your order was not shipped out late. It even had a secondary scan when you emailed us asking about it. You asked us for a refund when it was already in the possession of USPS, we told you we could not since it was clearly in the possession of USPS. But you can always return an item within 7 business days as stated on our site. Your ordered was delayed by USPS, for two business days. Your tracking even said " arriving late" on their website, so were unsure how you are assuming we shipped it late. We definitely understand its an inconvenience, but its something we can't control. We did make sure to respond to all your emails within 24-48 hours and did our best to accommodate your request.

As far as the Vivian Dress, everyone is entitled to their opinions. But to clarify, in the items description it says "This two-piece dress is semi sheer and we recommend nude under garments." This is underlined in the items description, we actually wrote it twice, so no one can miss it. So you were made aware prior to purchasing that it was a two piece and sheer. Furthermore, we have sold over 6 thousands Vivian Dresses in the last 3 years, we encourage everyone to go on Tiktok and Instagram to see customers absolutely loving the dress. We undertand its not for everyone, but we stand behind our quality and its affordable price of only $40.
You can continue to email customer service and they will answer you within a timely manner if you have any further concerns. Have a great day!

Amazing

Love their clothes!!

I've been a loyal customer of PPB since 2019, even before their second Instagram creation, and my experience has consistently been positive. I'm quite particular about fabrics, but their detailed item descriptions on the website make it easy for me to find exactly what I want. I always plan ahead, especially living in a region prone to snowstorms and rain, and while external factors like weather can cause delays, PPB's service remains top-notch. Whether I'm in the mood for dresses or two-piece outfits, their sizing is reliable, occasionally requiring a slight adjustment based on my measurements. The team is responsive, the clothes are both cute and well-designed, and there's a diverse range of options for various occasions, and I did buy their Penelope dress for my birthday which I & everyone else loved so much.

Should have known it was a scam company…

Should have known it was a scam company because they don’t allow refunds or exchanges. DO NOT trust their “express shipping” out of desperation they will charge you double the amount just to still not deliver in the stated time on the website. & I specifically emailed them to confirm the items I wanted were in stock before ordering. They will create a label the next day but you won’t see any updates on your order for over a week(still waiting) Then ignore your email inquiries. First & last time shopping here. If you want to gamble with your hard earned money then goodluck to you.

However, we would like to clarify a few things regarding your order. First, we understand your order was delayed by 2 business days, not a week, and delivered to your address on the 17th of January, when you requested the 15th of January. We sincerely apologize, UPS delays are out of our control. Delays are rare, but they can happen, especially if we ship from the US to your address in Canada. We make sure to note these possibly delays on our website. Your order delaying doesn't mean we are a scam. A scam means you paid for the order and it was never delivered. Your order was unfortunately delayed by 2 business days, but delivered.

Secondly, we do not desperately take express. We do not even allow customers to order express at checkout. Customers have to email us first so we can approve. That's how serious we take express orders, we don't want customers to waste their money without us confirming with our shipping department. Furthermore, we ship over 100 express packages a day, we rarely have issues. But when we do, we work diligently to locate the order. We never ignored your emails, in fact, we answered within 24 hours every time you emailed. The last email you sent us was on the 15th, we answered you on 16th. You may request a refund for express via us or UPS (who delayed the order).



Lastly, for those reading these reviews, I would suggest checking our Instagram and Tiktok shop reviews where you see a majority of our customers who have had great experiences with us! We ship thousands of packages a week. We admit we have not done a great job at encouraging our customers to write honest reviews on Trust pilot. We're a very small company, and we will work on this moving forward. Again, Ms. Maria, you may reply to our last email and request a refund for express since you decided to keep the order.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought 3 items from this store and only 2 of them are being shipped to me because unfortunately “it’s been sold out for weeks”. But I ordered on December 23rd and I remember it not being sold out. They even emailed me saying it was shipped on Jan 2nd but the next day they emailed me saying “you’ve been refunded on some things you ordered”. Never buying here again :/ very unprofessional.

The item you purchased was soldout on our website and still allowed you to purchase. We have spoken to our website platform and are working ensuring this does not happen again. However, during sales we receive a influx of traffic which may result in glitches. This is unfortunately out of our control. When it does we quickly refund the customer, which is what we did with your order.

We shipped your order through upgraded priority due to the inconvenience and immediately refunded you at the same time we shipped. Not a day after. You wanted us to cancel the order while it’s already in transits. As we explained to you it’s already on the way, but you can return for a refund. We have done our best to rectify this issue. We’re not sure what else we can do to resolve this matter.

I've ordered with this company because…

I've ordered with this company because I followed them on IG for a couple of months, without checking their reviews. I ordered a jacket which I needed for an outfit, I paid almost double to have express delivery. Upon arrival there was a stain in the jacket, but it was well packaged, so it wasn't the fault of the delivery company. Clearly the jacket was not checked before delivery. After reaching out to them, they were unkind and only offered to either give me a partial refund for drycleaning or credit to shop at their store..... To me that's terrible customer service, and I will never shop here again. I highly recommend others to take their business elsewhere.

Do not buy from here!

Do not buy from here. I ordered 2 dresses for my birthday. It took weeks for them to come and when they did, the quality was cheap, so i returned them and ordered something else (they only give credit). It took over a month for the items to come. And when they did, one of the dresses was not the item I ordered. So I had to return it and at this point I just wanted a refund on my card, which they refused to give.

I have been trying to get my order…

I have been trying to get my order shipped out since the 10th and All i have gotten is miscommunication, Rudeness, and been Asked to confirm my purchase TWICE or it would get canceled, I already told them my birthday dinner was on the 25th and thats the day it was needed and they said they would ship it out on the 20th with 2 day express for the inconvenience, Now yesterday they email me again asking to confirm that it was me that made the purchase. They didn't even have the color of the dress so i even settled for a different color and I'm still getting asked questions to confirm a purchase i made 11 days ago. At this point i just want my money back so I can go purchase somewhere else.

You sent us the wrong confirmation, which is why we sent it to you twice. During the time of confusion, you actually filed a dispute, which is why we immediately refunded your order. We're not sure where the miscommunication was. But, if your order is at high risk of fraud, filing a dispute before we could response in a time manner, will force us to refund the order and block your information from our site. We do appreciation you taking some responsibility regarding the issue, but again, we do not control Shopify's fraud alerts. We can only give customers the opportunity to provide the necessary information to process the order.

SAVE YOUR MONEY!

if i could leave no stars i would. i was so excited to receive these pieces but once i did receive them i was extremely disappointed. ALL of the items were see through and poorly stitched. i also didn’t receive one of the items i ordered and immediately reached out to their customer service. the customer service was extremely unhelpful and refused to refund my money after i stated that i don’t want store credit because i will NEVER shop from this store again. i sent back all of the items and will be disputing this with my bank. DO NOT SHOP HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY

A Great Small Business

Honestly saw reviews here and took a chance to buy a dress for someone. I think people forget it's a small business, they're trying their best, I know first hand it can be annoying if you dont get a reply fast enough or if you dont get your product fast enough, but its different compared to an actual company. For me, they helped me A LOT, I exchanged the dress twice cause first time I got the wrong color, second time I got the wrong size. And they answer really quickly, and it gets shipped and delivered pretty quickly as well. The dress I bought was the Natasha Dress and it's good quality as well and very pretty. So I definitely give them 5 stars for putting up with my exchange requests lol
