The item that I ordered was damaged…

The item that I ordered was damaged during shipment. I have been unable to get any questions answered about exchanges or returns regarding damaged orders. I guess I’m stuck with it? Horrible horrible customer service. Do not order from these people. Apparently, if you have an issue, nothing will be done. Also it’s all shipped from China and if you want to return something, you have to pay in ginormous shipping fee. Guess I should have read up on this before I ordered. Really really regret ordering from them.
