Diabolical absolutely disgraceful I placed and paid for a order on the 5 th December 2025 I am still waiting for it I have tried contacting them and have not even received a reply which again I find disgraceful.. I have sent several Emails .. no reply .. I have asked for a refund.. no reply .. We are very disappointed to read your review, as the claims made are not accurate.
You placed your order on the 5th of December 2025. We contacted you on the 8th of December, the 18th of December, the 28th of December, and again on the 28th of January regarding an invalid address that was entered at checkout, which prevented us from dispatching your order. Unfortunately, we did not receive a reply to any of those emails.
We then received an email from you on the 10th of February. However, no order number or identifying information was provided, which meant we were unable to locate your order. When we replied requesting further details so we could assist you, we received an automatic response stating that “Lynn is busy right now and will reply when she is available.”
We have done everything within our power to resolve this matter, including reaching out multiple times prior to your February email. At no stage were we provided with a corrected address or sufficient information to process a refund or shipment. We have full records of all five email attempts and can provide proof if required. For this reason, we strongly dispute the claims made in this review, as they do not reflect the communication that has taken place. This review is false and defamatory, and we will be taking action.

Edit: note attempts were made to have this review removed for “defamatory comments”, but seeing as I had evidence of everything said, trust pilot kept the review up. Pathetic customer service.

Trustpilot has reviewed the matter twice and confirmed, through all the provided evidence, that it is fair and compliant.
For future customers, their response reinforces the concerns raised about professionalism.
As the title states, I have no major issue with the quality of the jerseys themselves (aside from one arriving with a visible stain). The issue is entirely with customer service.
Firstly, delivery expectations were inaccurate. I waited over 3.5 weeks for three jerseys and, when I followed up, was told delivery timelines were “out of their hands.” It was only after pushing further that they offered to contact the delivery provider.
Secondly, I was asked to leave a review for one of the jerseys I received, which happened to be the stained one. I left an honest review reflecting the condition of the item and the overall experience. I was contacted immediately — not to resolve the issue — but asked to remove my review, with the implication that assistance would only follow if I did so.
When I questioned this approach, the response was backtracked, but the tone became defensive and self-congratulatory rather than service-focused. I was told “we have the best customer service in the world” and that I had not given them “an opportunity to resolve this,” despite the fact that reviews do not require prior contact with support.
The representative never provided their name, and communication throughout felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Overall, the product itself may be fine, but the customer service handling was disappointing and poorly managed.

To clarify a few key points for transparency:
Stained shirt claim:
We were absolutely willing to assist with this issue. As part of our standard process, we requested a photo of the alleged stain so we could assess and resolve it appropriately. No image was ever provided. Unfortunately, we cannot offer compensation or replacements without evidence. After your initial review, we requested the photo again, at which point you stated you “couldn’t be bothered” to provide one, despite continuing to leave multiple 1-star reviews. This made it impossible for our team to investigate or resolve the issue fairly
Delivery:
After reviewing your order, the total transit time was 20 days, which we agree is longer than ideal. We do apologise for the delay. However, this was not 3.5 weeks. Australia Post occasionally conducts random customs inspections. Unfortunately, your parcel was selected, which delayed delivery. This process is outside of our control, though we understand the frustration it can cause. Once you followed up, we did engage with the delivery provider on your behalf.
For context, we photograph every order before dispatch, and the images from your shipment show no stains. All items also go through multiple quality checks to ensure only clean, high-quality shirts are sent.
Regarding reviews and communication:
At no point was assistance conditional on removing a review. Our intention was to resolve the issue directly, as reviews do not give us the information required to take action.
We strive to provide outstanding customer service and fair resolutions, but this does require basic cooperation from both sides.
