Scam Company that doesn't deliver!!

4-30-25 Ordered 3 tank tops to support a friend's business from Spring by Amaze. Worst experience ever! 1st shirt I canceled immediately after ordering because the order was wrong, I re-did the order for 2 correct shirts & still have yet to receive anything in the mail or any sort of refund from the orders. I have reached out to customer service requesting a full refund & cancellation for these shirts which show as still in production & continue to get the run around from any rep I deal with. Your company is awful & a total scam. I have no idea why someone would even consider using Spring to print their merch. I am out $95 & some change at this point. I've passed this along to my bank's fraud dept & have no idea what the hold up is on any sort of refund and now it's 7/11/25.

I would give them 0 stars

I would give them 0 stars, but I can't. My order has been in the "printing" status for the past 7 months! Every time I email them, they tell me that production is "backed up" and they'll keep me updated. I keep asking for a refund, but they will not give it to me. The customer service is awful! All I wanted was ONE sweatshirt for my kid's birthday, and here it is SEVEN MONTHS LATER! This is ridiculous! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

A Company in Collapse

Sadly, I’ve got to echo what everyone else has written. My order has been “printing” for over six weeks now. I’ve contacted Spring multiple times through chat and email with no response or responses that read like delaying tactics. I wish I could initiate a dispute or chargeback but I stupidly paid with a debit card.

Placed an order in December for a shirt…

Placed an order in December for a shirt and a glass. The shirt is perfect, the glass was misprinted. Contacted them and I'm still waiting for the new glass to be sent. It's May. Almost 6 months later and I still have no actual answer as to why it's not been shipped, other than "unexpected challenges at our production facilities". I guess I should be happy that they even responded.

Over Three Months & No Refund

It's been 3 months since not getting $148.96 worth of merch. I then submitted a ticket and it's been over a week and still no refund. Never order from this company, they are thieves.

Order was not delivered

Order was not delivered. Already a dozen emails with customer support over the span of two months and I still do not know where my package is or if I can get my money back, although I requested it many times. I really discourage others to buy from this website!

Well I wish I would've known all this. I ordered a T shirt from holster TV a youtube streamer. Looks like I'm out $30.00 . I tried to get in contact with them and nothing. Update, I already contacted someone who's going to look into this. I don't want to see anyone else getting ripped off..

Placed an order 6 weeks ago. Surprisingly quickly got the "Your order is in production" email and tracking, which also stated I should have my order between April 10th &14th. As of last week, and today, the order still says "in production" on their site. Sent an email to their support 5 days ago, immediately got (automated) response telling me I'd have an update within 24 hours and was assigned a "case number." Well 24 hours has become as of this moment 5 days and I am still awaiting response. I ordered this as gift and in support of a small Instagram personality I follow. Now all I read seems Spring not only doesn't stand up to actually fulfilling orders, I read they don't pay the merchants using them to sell merchandise. I wish I had known before I ordered, but the link from the individual's Insta page took me right to an order page and I figured it was legit. DON'T ORDER and don't patronize this company.

Liars that do not fill orders.

Placed an order for two custom printed coffee mugs. The advertise that product ships in 10 days, a TOTAL lie. They take money and put order "in production" Contacted them after 15 days, they assured they would send, they were just busy. Contacted them again at 30 days, order still "in production",,, no reply, just ghosts you. Disputing charges on credit card. DO NOT order anything from these yahoos.

I ordered my order January 31st

I ordered my order January 31st. I had them cancel my order and everytime I asked them why it was taking so long they said there have been a high demand. Like it doesn't take 4 months to make a 2 sweatshirts. Absolutely ridiculous. Still was in the printed status. Do not order anything from them. Never ever will I ever order from a creator that uses spring for items to be shipped.

I purchased one sweatshirts and one hoodie from Spring by Amaze almost $100 for both from one my favorite YouTube News Networks. Yes it was delayed plus I received them separately which was weird but the worst part is both are made of the cheapest most off putting material even the printing doesn't look great because the material is so cheap. 🤦‍♀️ It's almost embarrassing how you would want this company to even make merch for your brand because your show is amazing than your merch is mediocre especially for the prices. Disappointing!!

I don’t see a way to leave ZERO stars, but that is how many stars Spring deserves. I ordered a product 3 months ago. I have not only not received the product but keep getting the run around about production delays rather than being given a refund. Do yourself a favor and don’t order from Spring. Surely this is a scam company!!

I am literally furious

I am literally furious. I placed my order February 22 for a gift for my husbands birthday March 31. It hasn’t even printed yet and now it’s too late for me to order anywhere else. Absolutely despicable. Horrible service is an understatement.
