If I could give a O I would. I have no idea who this company is or what they sell. All I know is that my postal deliverer paid $10.54 for postage due for a package of "I don't know what". So I will be out $ before I even find out what it is. I have no information about this company at all and from other reviews it seems that there is no way to contact them.

My order of the product , Dental Probiotics,
was made on 12/13/2025 for 12 bottles of tablets. The amount was over $172. My bank declined the request. I called the bank and assured them it was okay, as I had ordered the product in the past.
The package arrived today, 12/20/2025.
It was 4 bottles short of the order I had paid for. I called the phone number for the company, spoke to the same person who helped me place the order.
I was told I had to send a photo of the bottles and the packing slip.
There was NO PACKING SLIP enclosed in the package. I was told there was NOTHING they could do unless I sent the photos. What good would a photo of the 8 bottles do? They scammed me out of 4 bottles . They sent me 8, not 12, but were paid for 12.
Poor, very poor, customer service. They said the Warehouse could not do anything with the photos. The customer is the victim here , not the Warehouse.

You have to be kidding me. This crap did not work at all!

I canNOT contact this company to be able to make a return. Their phone has had the busy signal all day for more that a week!!!

I have not received any email from Shopstreamdigital about buying something from that company, and I don't remember buying anything either, however I just have received a notice from Postnord, in their app, that I am required to pay a lot in told/moms plus for the custom handling fee, as if something was bought by me outside EU countries?
I normally avoid ordering outside EU, and I normally pay for online buys via either my Paypal or Mobilepay account, however searching for "shopstreamdigital" within these payment apps, I haven't paid any money to this conpagny?! - so I don't really know what I am supposed to have ordered, or what is sold by that company?

I have to refuse to pay so much extra for something I can't find any info about what it is?!

ShopStreamDigital.com is a scam site. Beware that you have to pay Custom charge to recieve your gods from this webshop if you live in Europe outside USA.
