Won't refund
I bought a set of top and pants from their website. Which came out to be smaller. So I reached out to them asking for an exchange/return. Mostly exchange as I did liked to clothing. However, their support came back saying it was part of clearance sale. Hence, they wouldn't refund or exchange. When nowhere on their page it said it's on sale. Nowhere.. This is borderline scam. Please refrain from buying anything from this website.

Company had a sale and I emailed before…
Company had a sale right after i purchased an item and I emailed them before the sale was over. Because they didn't read it they refused to apply the discount so I ended up paying full price. I feel like if it was emailed during the sale it should be honored. This company has bad service and I wouldn't purchase from them.

We were pleasantly surprised that the dress arrived in 19 days rather than the 'up to 40 days' that were advertised. The material looked like velvet in the picture, but is made of 'bike short spandex'. There is no boning in the bodice, but rather, gathered material that looks like boning. The gloves that came with the dress have squared-off fingers that make the gloves look very odd when put on. I suppose you get what you pay for and it was only $99. Also, this company is actually alibaba.com, so you can probably find it cheaper on there, and knowing that now, it makes sense why the dress and gloves look the way they do.
