Did not expect that shipment would take…

Did not expect that shipment would take too long. 2 months from the order was made and not even sure if they will delay again from the new given shipment date. Very frustrating

Poor customer service

I haven’t actually received the suckle yet. I ordered this 3 weeks ago and now have to wait another 5 weeks. How terrible customer service with no option of a refund for the delayed wait. When I ordered, the order information said it would be shipped on the 11th of April and I received emails from your business in the last 3 weeks repeating this, only to then receive an email on the 13th of April that I now have to wait another 5 weeks. They use “covid” as an excuse - covid has been around for over 2 years, I don’t think you can play that card anymore!

Disappointed and will not recommend due to poor customer service.

Get an extra silicone piece…

I suggest an extra silicone piece is to be added to the warmer set.

Mine came broken. I’ve reached out but they are unwilling to replace this small yet important piece due to no receipt (baby shower gift). I get it, proof is required but it’s no like I’m asking for a full warmer replacement. Without the silicone piece the warmer is useless and the milk spills everywhere. I was hoping for a little more understanding but apparently you can purchase a replacement for $9.99 plus shipping on top which seems quite pricy for a piece of silicone. 🧐

Now I see from previous comments there is shipping/timing issues. I’ve just ordered an adaptor which I need before I travel and I’ve paid for express shipping. So let’s see if there will be anymore issues.

I was gifted a suckle bottle warmer and…

I was gifted a suckle bottle warmer and when I went to use it I realised it didn’t attach to the only bottles we use (Tommee Tippee). We were about to fly out in 5 days time when I ordered the attachment at express post, under the advice it would arrive within 1-3 days. I was very disappointed to find it was only shipped the day before we flew out (so taking 4 days to pack) and arrived another 5 days later. Understandably knowing businesses have found it tough through a pandemic but disappointed that I paid $10 for ‘express shipping’ and the time frame in which it should’ve arrived it was still yet to have left the business.
I am happy with the product itself, I just probably wouldn’t advise expecting to receive the product promptly or paying for express postage. 🙂

So convenient!

So easy to use!! I put mine on in the morning so I don’t have to boil the kettle and wake the rest of the house.

We received the bottle warmer and it is an absolute game changer! We can now heat up bottles wherever we are and it is super quick! Very handy thing to have ☺️

Stress-free milk on the go!

I love our Suckle milk warmer! So easy to use and clean. It’s lightweight and small, so it’s easy to pop in a nappy bag or pram caddy. We use it while out & about, and at home too.

We are loving our portable bottle…

We are loving our portable bottle warmer. It makes getting out and about with bubba so much more achievable. It's easy to use when you're on the run and fits easily into the nappy bag or hand bag.

Suckle bottle warmer

The suckle bottle warmer is such a handy device. I love that you can take it anywhere and it even has a USB charge connection so you can charge it in the car if need be. Definitely a must have for all bottle fed babies!

Life changing

Life changing! A worry about going out for longer periods is always a weight on my mind but to know I can just pull out my suckle so easily to give my bub the exact temp he enjoys is such a relief. Highly recommend!

BEST INVENTION EVER !!!

My experience has been so lovely . My order was delivered so fast and in perfect condition. The suckle bottle warmer is the best invention ever , it makes everything so easy . I was always nervous about taking my 4m old out too far because she likes her bottles warm and i would usually be taking 2 bottles filled with hot water but I don’t need to be doing all that anymore 🙌
