Warning of Fraudulent Offers on the Internet
In light of recent events SYNCROS would like to warn consumers about diverse alleged online suppliers offering fictitious trademarked goods – inter alia SYNCROS products – on their homepages. Such suppliers (often originating from Asia, mostly Indonesia, but SYNCROS has also identified some suppliers originating from Europe) misuse the name of reputable companies and attract consumers with low priced goods. Unfortunately, it has already occurred that after accomplishment of advanced payment by consumers the delivery of the respective products never happened, in other words the supplier keeps the payment and the products.
SYNCROS would like to point out that it can only guarantee the originality of its products purchased through an official SYNCROS dealer. Therefore, SYNCROS recommends consumers to verify the origin of the products and reliability of the respective online supplier beforehand. SYNCROS shall be exempted from any liability in this matter.
