Complete scam

Complete scam. I ordered 2 planners and received nothing like what was advertised. Thin paper pages of different types of to-do lists that looks like they stole from others. Not laminated at all. The planners came from China, and any attempt at returning the planners for a refund was met with attempts to convince me returning them to China would be too expensive as I would be responsible for shipping. Initially offered me a 20% refund and that I could "keep the planners" as they were as "great product" despite not being what I ordered. Eventually I stopped trying to return the planners as I was never given any return mailing information and the requirements for a refund included returning an unopened product despite them also requiring pictures or video of the opened planners to show my complaints. The last email I received from them prior to writing this review they offered 40% refund.
Overall, a predatory company that pays for reviews and influencers while offering a low-quality product that is nothing like advertised. Even if they give everyone a 20-40% refund on their crap planners, they are still making money.

Never received product

Never received product. Was given a shipping number two days after order placed. Nothing since-it’s been weeks. Shipping details haven’t changed from “your item has shipped.”

Scam Company

Scam Company

They are trying very hard to pose as a legitimate business but their general practices are clearly fraudulent. The tell tale sign is the cost, you can find the same "ADHD Planner" on Amazon for a fraction of the cost. Tell them you want to cancel you order on the same day you placed it? The will employ the scammer tactic of "ghosting" you until they "ship" the order to say "they cannot cancel the order because it has been shipped" and say "you can return the product for reimbursement" which is another scam / fraudulent practice. They have a tendency to illegally force you into a "subscription" service as well. If you've made an order with them, simply call your credit card company inform them of the scam / fraudulent transaction (be nice to the credit card company people and they will likely cancel the transaction and give you a temporary credit while they investigate). When they ask you "has the product been delivered?" clearly state "no" when they ask "has the seller given you an estimate for delivery" state "no" and kindly reiterate that this is a Scam Company. If you're on the US go to reportfraud.ftc.gov and submit a report. Stay calm and Best of Luck!

Scam company

Scam company. Supposedly purchased a buy one get one for 34.00 free shipping. Only recieved 1 planner for 44.00 and saw that I was being billed monthly for something I never agreed to. I will probably have to cancel my debit card to get them to stop billing me. Very strange situation. Beware and stay away from them.

I tried canceling my order and was told…

I tried canceling my order and was told it had already shipped and I could request a return after it was received. About 1 month later, it arrived. It was supposed to have reusable laminated pages, but only the front and back covers were. Now they want pictures. This is a Chinese scam and I doubt the shipping address is a real business.

I have been charged 3 times and nothing has ever arrived! Contacted customer service many times and they assured me my product was in delivery, just needed to be more patient. It has been more than 2 months since I was first charged and have yet to receive anything.

This is a scam

This is a scam. They deceptively sign you up for a monthly subscription $49 a month. You can't cancel until you make two payments, they don't answer the phone, email address is invalid. They will not allow you to cancel the credit card. They should be out of business.

I would give this zero stars if I…

I would give this zero stars if I could.
I ordered a deal where they had two planners for a discount.
Found out it was a "monthly subscription."
Wrote them immediately and asked to make sure no more were sent. Was assured it would be handled.
First planners never arrived. Requested refund. did not happen.
Card was charged the next month with another "order."
DO NOT order from these people.

Way better than the rest of the reviews are giving it credit for.

I had few issues with them and their product. It took way longer than I thought it would, but shipping was "free." Turns out it was counterfeit postage. I paid for it, took a picture of the entire label, and emailed them saying, "you said the shipping was free, this is counterfeit postage. I want the $13.30 I paid refunded." And they did it. The book itself is great. I bought 3 from 3 different places. The others had so many spelling and grammatical errors. Still readable, but I wasn't happy. This one, so far, has none of those and is actually better quality.
And yes, if you read all of the information when purchasing the product, it says subscription. Also says you can't cancel it unless you get at least 2 months of it. Again, very easily solved with a simple email. People are complaining because they don't read, and don't bother to actually reach out to the company.
Seriously, just email them.

I ordered this product

I ordered this product. The company processed a second order claiming a subscription. Immediately I canceled the second order but the processed payment and shipped any ways despite my actions. When I attempted to return it they said returns are not free even though they advertise free returns. They instead offered me a 20% refund. Do not order from this company due to poor customer service.

SUBSCRIPTION- not a planner

This is presented as a planner but is actually a monthly subscription service. They will send you a new planner monthly without warning and charge you.

There is an auto-checked box on the order page and very fine print on the receipt.

This is absolutely a scam. Do not purchase from this company.

STAY AWAY

I purchased two cleaning planners as advertised by the company, buy one, get one free, from an instagram ad, on 3 Feb 2026. When I received the confirmation email, there was a message indicating I was signed up for a
subscription service, which I did not recall clicking. Checked the site again and there was a pre-selected radial button "VIP monthly subscription," and I realized I hadn't noticed it on check out.

Not a big deal I thought, and sent a quick email reply asking about it, then navigated to the site to cancel.

That's where it got weird.

The website's cancellation policy at the bottom of the screen says "Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order. You can manage your subscription from there." (I made a screenshot).

However, when I tried to cancel the subscription, I received a message saying "You can't yet cancel this subscription, as you didn't yet reach the required number of payments."
Above it is a note saying I have a "required number of payments: 2". I'm sorry, WHAT? No.

So, I went to the bottom of the page again to contact info and found the customer service contact info. (another screenshot). It gives an email "trylunarapop at gmail". I sent an email.

I got an instant mail delivery service failure message.

I have "skipped" all of the subscriptions I did NOT knowingly sign up for in the first place, but I can't contact the company and they are not honoring their own posted policy.

I should not be locked into a subscription against my will, for a service I do not want, and I certainly shouldn't have to honor a required number of payments before getting out of it. This looks like fraud to me.

I made screenshots to document everything and sent them to BBB. I am going to cancel my credit card and report them. Buyers beware.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They are scamming and trying to copy the real product and it is bot as described on the website at all. When I asked to return for a refund, the customer service is horrible. They have not been helpful at all and said I could only have 20% back, then 30%, then 40%. They are saying I have to pay for return shipping for a refund BUT their website literally says free returns.
