We ordered 5 agilitytunnels and a safety double jump pole to our club in Finland i April 2018 and made the payment for them in advance.
The double jump pole arrived in august (4 months after order!) after several reminders. The tunnels have still not arrived ( almost 6 months after order, wich is unacceptable) and the seller does not reply to messages and the demand to pay back for the undelivered tunnels.
