Disgusting. Appalling service. Had an order on hold for 8 months every few months I had to email them to chase my order. Never any curtesy emails of reassurance just pure ignorance expecting Katy’s fans to pay money in exchange for 0 goods? I think NOT. Eventually all of our orders were terminated due to “manufacturing and production issues” funny how the U.S.A. fans got theirs though? They weren’t at all helpful then the final email promised a signed art card and a discount I didn’t want a shoddy alternative vinyl and I haven’t received said art card I’ve emailed numerous times saying I haven’t received it I was parmed off to reach out to universal music heard nothing, ignored replied back to original store, ignored. The unprofessional behaviour is just questionable. I won’t be supporting KP after this absolute trash.
