The item was too large and the Olivia…

The item was too large and the Olivia Rodrigo store would not do an exchange. They did send a UPS label to return the item but when ordering the smaller size it was $15 more for an already expensive item. Their claim was that there was a promotion that was no longer available and they would not honor the promotion for our reorder. Numerous correspondence was fruitless.

6 months for delivery!

My daughter ordered 3 items totalling £93 in May 2024 after Olivia Rodrigo’s Manchester concert was rescheduled last minute.

We waited 2 months and no items arrived. I tried numerous routes to try and contact customer services who, when I eventually made contact with a human, sent out 2 of the items that were in stock.

The charm bracelet, that was listed as in stock when I ordered, was actually not in stock and customer services couldn’t advise when it would be available for delivery. They just kept pushing the release date back and back and back. They did offer a refund but we already had the charm delivered so that would have been a waste of money. They refused to put me in touch with a manager or anyone in charge of stock management. As compensation they refunded my delivery costs, the bare minimum I feel.

As we reached 6 months of awaiting delivery I was about to contact them to gain a refund, but there in my inbox was an email to say delivery was on its way.

We have now received the charm bracelet, a whole 6 months after we ordered. (Nov 2024)

I would NEVER order from this site again.

They’re happy to continue taking orders despite knowing delivery is not guaranteed within the timeframe they state on their website.

The products are not worth the stress.

(On a side note, the actual bracelet can be bought from Shein for less than £2, it’s the O R charms you’re paying the extortionate price for.)

Appears to be a scam site.

My daughter bought a £40 charm bracelet in July with her own money. Each few weeks she gets an update, pushing back the fulfilment date, which is now 13 December!!!
Option to cancel for a refund or even reach out for support takes you to a login page where the anti-robot check is cleared, then comes up again so you can't even contact them!
It all looks like a scam site so I'd recommend avoiding itas clearly it's as much a ripoff as those ticket sales

scam?

The shirt I ordered came out 31st of May.. But ive ordered it on 26th of may. Still hasn't come. This is coming from an international country, so it might just take longer. But on my track&trace; i dont get updates on my package, its nowhere to be found.. So i really do think this is a scam.

Merch on website not actually in stock

I ordered a Vampire White T-shirt for my daughter on 2nd Dec 2023. The website stated that orders are dispatched within 48 hours. It has not yet arrived.

After two complaint queries (Dec 11th and Dec 18th) I have finally had a reply (2nd Jan 2024):

"we do not physically stock the items and they come directly from our supplier, we then ship these to all ordering customers, so the release dates and delays are beyond our control and as we haven’t received the stock yet we’re unable to ship the item to you any sooner at this time"

I have requested the order is cancelled. This was intended as a Christmas present for my daughter.

The t-shirt is still listed on their website as available.

In addition, other negative reviews are hidden on Trustpilot as the store has changed its web address (look up oliviarodrigo.store)
