Company in the wrong
I am very disappointed with this company due to the communication. Their functionality in their company was needing improvement. I also feel that the company needs to take care of their employees in a more professional matter. If they needed to let someone go they do not make contact and let the person know after the three month probation. They are also not as forgiving when there is an emergency with an employee. I feel this company all around isn’t professional like they say they are and don’t follow the rules. I also have noticed that they give alcohol to customers during an event that doesn’t involve their company. Even the employees are under age offering alcohol to customers. I don’t feel this company is being fair to the employees and to the customers and to the company itself. I don’t feel like their appropriate. If they were to improve all of these flaws this company would be the most amazing company I have ever shopped and I would also see a lot of potential for it to grow. It is a small company so I don’t think they will change anything. Wish they would put their ego aside and focus what really matters. Good customer service. If they don’t have good customer service then they don’t treat their employees right either. I do hope they will improve and change for the better. Thanks for the experience!
