I never received my item. No email telling me where. I am currently disputing this purchase with my bank. Thief!!!!!!!!

Went to buy something and never received it didn’t even get a refund

I replied to the email how you’re supposed to attach the headband. Does it go right on your scalp or do you put it over a cap and if it goes on your scalp does that hurt when you try to take it off? It comes with no instructions on how long you can leave it on or how to put it on like I said either on your scalp or on a head covering up some type and nobody bothered to email me back

Hasn't even shipped and asking for a review. Asked about the order, and no response. Not a custom order. Normal synthetic lacefront.

I ordered about a month ago and have received no updates to shipping status nor had I received an email back after outreach on this issue.

Will is amazing. He’s very professional and I just love his wigs. I’ve bought 4 human hair wigs and 4 synthetic wigs. They are just absolutely gorgeous!

I have not received my order! USPS shows that a shipping label was created a couple weeks ago and they are awaiting the item. I’ll give the company a couple more days to respond to my inquiry…and then just file a complaint with my credit card.

I purchased the melting spray set with three snatch proof bands in transparent skin tone. I received three varying skin tones. Upon opening the package, I reached out to WSB about the incorrect order, however my email has gone two weeks without a response. Thankfully I have some friends that might be able to use the darker colors. Just disappointed in the customer service.

I have previous bought wig bands from this shop before. At one point in time I loss the link to the site and had to purchase from another source and the quality was not the same. I then remembered in the past that it was processed through the SHOP app and found my original receipt and reorder 2 more bands. The wig bands last about 2 years. The one I originally bought for this site was on March 2, 2023 and it's fully stretched out now. Great product just order more than two so you can have them longer

This is the most comprehensive site I’ve seen for wigs, ensuring the quality and how long they’ll last after install. The shipping was phenomenal as my wig install kit came much earlier than I expected, and I was relying on it for a performance. Not only are the products great, but Will has a TikTok where he teaches you how to style & install a wig properly.

They refunded me for the wig glue they never sent me. They stopped selling it due to skin irritations :) Honestly i'm impressed how decent these people are! Not some money hungry sociopaths.

I ordered 4 of the tape and only got 2 for the 49 dollars I spent and have yet to hear back from anyone about it.
