Would not exchange

Ordered size 10.5 Nikes, size I normally wear. Once received, they were too large so I contacted WSS for an exchange. I was informed they do not do exchanges, which is very odd and unheard of from a shoe retailer. I agreed to return them for a refund, looking to re-purchase the smaller size. At this point they informed me they would not honor a 25% off promotion they had when I bought the original pair. Customer service would not work with me, and was not interested in keeping my business. Terrible customer service, and company as a whole. Do not recommend shipping with them. I know I won’t.

I placed an order with this online…

I placed an order with this online retailer. I never received their email confirming my order. My order was canceled. I received no email from this WSS with reasons why my order was declined. I contacted their customer service by phone and they refused to provide specific reason for canceling my order. Their customer service rep was quite rude during our conversation.
I will no longer do any business with WSS online retailer.

I need 10 negative stars..

I need 10 negative stars... I purchased a jordan shoe on its release date when I received the shoe it came damaged I immediately took pictures and submitted them to WSS I received a email back of a copy of the policy of jordan release dates all sales final...this is horrible because I the shoe I received is damaged im buying a new shoe not expecting to receive a damaged shoe so I called talk to someone in customer service took 4 times cause everyone I talked would place me on hd and then hang up so finally a supervisor who said its nothing he can do sales are final and I could call contact my credit card company at this point NO WAY is this ok to pay my money to receive a damaged shoe and its nothing I can do it about but basically say I spent my money on something not knowing what condition im getting the product in this is really sad I will never purchase from WSS again BEWARE!!!!

I wish I can rate it a zero!! I used to love this place but now I do not. So I placed an order a week went by got an alert on my phone that my order was delivered took a look on my phone and where FedEx drop my package off was right in front of my apartment mailbox mind you not a Mail room just a walk-up mailbox where anyone can walk up and take your package so I called FedEx and explain to them Look at the picture that your driver took and left my package they said oh yes the mailroom no it is not a mailroom it's a mailbox where you can walk up and anyone can take your package so when arriving home you can guess My package was gone call FedEx back they said it was going to be an investigation several days went by they emailed and said sorry and we do apologize and yes our driver should have taken your package upstairs to your apartment we can't do nothing for you call your merchant where you purchased the merchandise from which was WSS I called them explain the whole scenario they said it's going to take several days I called them in 5 days they explain to me sorry we couldn't do nothing for you they said they dropped it off in the mail room I proceeded to tell them that you see the picture that is not a mailroom That's mailboxes in front of my apartment where anyone can walk up and take your package instead of FedEx dropping it off at my front door they just dropped it in front of the mailbox not a mailroom so they didn't give a damn and told me to go to the police station are you serious right now what type of customer service is this I will never shop at WSS again!!!

Shady business

I desperately needed new shoes because of wear on my old ones. I placed an order for 2 pairs. After about 5 days they emailed me saying my order was cancelled. So here I am waiting every day for my new shoes and boom they cancelled out of nowhere. I would never consider these shady characters again and as far as I see my money they took is still in limbo. Very unprofessional if they didn't have them why take my money to begin with

Don’t buy from them!!

Don’t buy from them!!! Placed 3 orders and they ALL had multiple cancellations!!! One order I paid shipping price and only had a pair of shorts shipped out, out of 6 other items I purchased. So I paid $22 for a pair of kids shorts I would have never purchased by themselves. They should have just cancelled the whole order at that point. I will NEVER purchase from them again! EVER!!

I brought a pair of adidas from them on…

I brought a pair of adidas from them on April,21,2025 they have been worn and they are dirty plus the adidas sign in the inside of the shoe is worn almost completely off . They will not give me a refund they said the sell was final . Ok i could understand that if they where new but they’ve been worn so pretty much they sold me some use adidas so not buy from them I should’ve researched them before ordering.

Buyer beware!! Dishonest sellers!! I purchased the Obsidian Air Max 270 in a kids size 2 yesterday. I noticed that colorway was only $49 and not $109 like the others. The day after my purchase, I received a notice that my order was canceled. Prior to that, I had went back to view the page for the same sneakers and noticed it was down. Hmm. Hours later it was back up with the exact same pair I had just purchased, but now listed at $109! I knew something fishy was up. Instead of honoring the price they sold it to me for, they canceled my order stating it was out of stock, then posted it back up at the $109 price. When I called, the rep said my size was out of stock. I then told the rep the shoe is still up in a full size run. She then lied again and said it was a different shoe and mines sold out. I informed her I had pics of the listing before and now, the style code, and easily confirmed it was the same exact shoe. As a sneaker head, I also knew there was no model made that was that closely similar as well. It was clear as day the same exact shoe along with the others I saw before. Only difference was the price change. She then lied repeatedly saying the show wasn’t available instead of being honest. I have pics and proof to back up my claim. Lying and deceiving customers is not good business. If they didn’t think what they did was wrong, there would be no reason to lie. I will no longer purchase anything from this site and caution others to do the same.

Terrible Customer Service

Bought my family 4 pairs of matching Air Max 270. My intention was to have these shoes as a surprise for my son’s birthday party this weekend. Upon receiving, 1 of the 4 were the wrong pair. I called to resolve the issue and their “Solution” was to send me a refund link where I am inconvenienced to pack up the incorrect shoes, locate a fedex return location, then once they get the shoes, they will issue a refund where I can then go order them again. But don’t worry… I got a coupon for $6 off!

They refused to make THEIR error right. I would totally understand if I ordered the wrong shoe or size or if I didn’t like it. But you messed up and now there’s no way I get the shoes on time?!

Also, I asked to speak to a manager in customer service after they gave me a link for my return. We ended the call confirming she was not going to help me in any way. After the call, WSS tried to recall the email they sent for the return. So shady.

Awful!!!

Awful!!!! Ordered a pair of Nike's for my son. The shoes were less than a week old and the stitching on the left toe came apart. They will not accept any returns for worn products. In other words, they do NOT stand behind the products they sell. Completely shitty experience, stay away!!!!

I ordered a shoe size too small and wanted to return it, unworn. They refused to offer a return claiming the item is ‘final sale’. No where on their website did it sale final sale. I provided several pics of their website to prove it did not say final sale anywhere it only said Last Chance. The customer service person refused to assist me at all.

Awful I ordered a pair of shoes fed ex delivered them ,when I came home from work 4 hours later they were gone,I contacted customer service they said they will investigate, a day later they say investigation complete fed ex delivered so basically f... me if someone stole them oh well thats my problem not theres,and I don't get no shoes or money I recommend Noone shop online with this company awful awful way to deal with them not wanting to pay the few extra bucks for us to sign for our packages

Buyers beware!

Buyers beware!! I purchased $80.00 of sweaters. They didn't fit and contacting customer service has been a real challenge. The emails have been coming back undeliverable. I have been trying for over a week and still can't get in touch with them.
The next step is contacting the BBB, Facebook, the Attorney General, and my credit card company.
Just found out the company is a fraud. Still no refund or contact with customer service as of 2.11.25....
