TRUFFA ON LINE

Egregi Signori, reclamo fortemente sul vostro comportamento commerciale.
In data 24 Aprile 2025 ho provato a ordinare un articolo presso il vostro sito, al momento del pagamento con PayPal appare il messaggio di errore come da foto 1, che invita all'utilizzo di altra forma, ripeto l'invio con PayPal ma viene confermato il messaggio di errore.

Per scrupolo vado nel mio PayPal e con sorpresa vedo un doppio addebito per 28,17 US Dollari, come è possibile che il vostro sito respinga il pagamento ma questo viene regolarmente registrato su PayPal, (foto 2) senza peraltro ricevere alcuna conferma della transazione e la registrazione dell'indirizzo di consegna che viene riportato da PayPal sul messaggio di ORDINE RICEVUTO MAI ARRIVATO ?

Mi attivo immediatamente su PayPal per contestare questa STRANA transazione, apro la contestazione e chiedo contestualmente che venga stornato il doppio importo di 28,17 USD (x2 =USD 56,34) indebitamente addebitato su PayPal a fronte di un ordine MAI CONFERMATO (vedi foto 3).

Dopo qualche giorno le 2 contestazioni vengono chiuse con la dicitura RIMBORSATO con 2 importi ASSOLUTAMENTE ERRATI di USD 0,07 (vedi foto 4) !!!
MANCANO CIRCA 58 US DOLLARI e questo comportamento commerciale è tipico di chi fa delle TRUFFE !!!

VI INTIMO DI RESTITUIRE L'IMPORTO CORRETTO SU PAYPAL, nel frattempo agirò a denunciare alla POLIZIA POSTALE le vostre pratiche scorrette.
