Good buy, poor experience!
To be honest, I could give Short Order 5 stars, but my experience starting at the factory was poor. They shipped it a week later than was first stated. When it was shipped, it apparently was delayed a little by snow. (No one's fault!) When it arrived, one of the doors on the two door freezer was broken, and it had to go back. I don't blame any of this on Short order, because they are just the ones that are handling the transaction. They were very apologetic and offered me my money back or to reorder. We are trying again.
