Nasty Pink haired middle age woman

Today I went to get my usual vape juice they were out of stock and offered me an alternative. Unfortunately, when I filled my vape, their was a horrible rotten fruit taste and smell. Shosha eastgate refunded me no questions asked. They also let me know the Stanmore Rd store had what I was looking for. I arrive there got the juice and went to pay for it. Server asks my daughter for ID as she came in with me. I know it's irrelevant how old my daughter is if she does not have ID on her. I accepted that as I know that law. I asked the pink haired woman when was it ok to come back as this was the only store in stock. She looked at me and straight up said "never" in a very screwed up voice. I was a loyal customer, spending about $500 every few months.
This BS really got to me. I will not be using Shosha again.

Just don’t

Don’t order if you’re from Australia. Multiple emails sent to enquire about my products with no response. And now can’t get into website. Save yourself the trouble and expense.

Staff at New Brighton store

Staff at New Brighton store unprofessional and absolutely rude.
Completely misinterpreted a minor action I did that had no connotation attached.
I mentioned on leaving that it wouldn't hurt to smile, but got abuse back.
Shosha has lost a valuable customer.

Avoid Shosha. It is a scam

Spent over $200 and goods were never delivered. I’ve emailed and had no response. No communication over three weeks since ordering, no purchase confirmation on my account. Avoid Shosha. It is a scam.

Customer comes 2nd

Shosha does not follow consumer rights with faulty products. I paid $80 for a vape packaged with pods. The vape leaked oil, due to pod. Shosha would not immediately replace the faulty product., or refund my money. They now have my money and the faulty product while they review the warranty. Meantime I have no vape and I'm short my money. Seems their policies on faulty products and refunds or replacement goes against consumer act. At point of sale they do not advise of there policies and have no signage advising of policies. Great shop UNTIL there is a problem...then CUSTOMER COMES SECOND

Are poor designed products a risk to more than your wallet?

Many of the devices have one thing in common - Poor design and that are specifically designed this way so that the user has to spend more money in the future either on coils or juice - (Both of which are now ridiculously expensive at the time of this writing). The whole vape industry in NZ needs another over haul by the regulator. Regulation to reduce the youth vaping is fine. But regulation to stop poorly made products being sold to the general public at extortionate cost, (As Shosha NZ currently actively does), also needs to be addressed by at least one of the regulators or associated government body in NZ.

Overpriced / poor build quality products

Overpriced / poor build quality products (reuseable pod kits) that last a few months to a year. Having tried different brands, this seems to be an issue across most options available. Pod replacements often do not work requiring a trip back to the store.

Instore and online service is great. Shosha just need to sell better quality products.

Never buying anything from Sosha again

I went to sosha in Riccarton and made a $650 purchase on a herbal vape batteries and battery charger.Within a week, one of the chargers 4 pins snapped clean off. I took it back to them and the guy behind the counter stated that we can't just swap it as I needs to be approved by head office and could take up to a week. Under NZ consumer law if an item breaks with normal use it must be replaced, repaired or refunded. I directly contacted head office and have had no contact from them and feel they will not reply. Do yourselves a favour people, stop buying from them as they sell Chinese liquid which has been found to be toxic with some flavours. Not only do they sell cheap and nasty liquid, they are so overpriced. There are plenty of other vape stores around which sell FDA approved NZ and USA liquids much cheaper. Look up Chinese vape juices and dangers of using it. It will shock you. Kind regards from a very angry customer. Next step is to report them to the consumer commision and ask them to take action for a now full refund. I'll take my business elsewhere.

New Lynn Shosha, worst manager and customer service

I went into the New Lynn Branch and received the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My vape was broken, so I need to replace it with the same model as I had coils and pods for this particular device. The manager advised me that it was the same vape, only to find that my existing pods didn't fit it. When I went to return it, she got really angry with me saying you only asked about the coils. She kept saying, nah, nah, nah and was extremely defensive, and became argumentative. As a manager, I certainly wouldn't expect this kind of service, even though I have come across her in the past and questioned her customer service. Honestly, after this experience, I will never step foot in the New Lynn Sosha again! Thank goodness for VAPO, whose customer service was 200% better than what I received at Sosha.

Vultures

Bought a NZ$ 35 vape from the Lambton Quay store, got double charged, 10 puffs later the vape intermittently stops working. Took it back and the sales guy just couldn't understand and told me sorry sir the coils are quite small this one. Seriously? a NZ$9 Solo vape at the dairy is better than this! If you need a vape stay clear from this place!

Excellent service at Shosha Picton

I was having trouble disassembling my Mighty vapouriser for cleaning. Even the manufacturer's website was not enough to work it out so I took it to Shosha Picton. The manager advised it was not common practice to dismantle used products but admitted it did not look obvious how to split the body to gain access to the inside of the vapouriser and said to leave it with him.
Next day I received a call to advise the vapouriser was ready to pick up.
I would like to recommend the guys there for doing a very good job on maintaining my Mighty vapouriser.
Good service, good work. Many thanks

Ultra Bar pods claiming 6000 Puffs is…

Ultra Bar pods claiming 6000 Puffs is 100% false. I have bought 3 now and none of them lasted. I have had 1500 puff disposables last twice as long. Highly recommended not using their company. Also their service sucks

Hastings Hawkesbay

Hastings Hawkesbay. Service was so bad! I bought a brand new device from them lasted a day took it back to them asked for a replacement and they said they have to send it away to get checked before they can replace it. I never had this problem before at other vape shops they replace it the same day so why cant they do the same? Staff was so rude and unprofessional.

Shosha Palmerston North-Went in TWICE…

Shosha Palmerston North-Went in TWICE to purchase coils for my vape (Even showed them a photo of the coils I needed online as well as the vape I needed the coils for) BOTH TIMES they gave me the wrong coils and I wasn't allowed to open the box to make sure they fit or were the right ones so I have wasted $50 on coils that I will no longer use
I'm fuming and Shosha is the only vape store that sells my coils so get it right next time or Imma sue you for false advertising and stealing my money

Rip offs

Rip offs, Whangarei Shosha. Done a click n collect a gift. Collecter picked up item, Followed instructions to charge vape. Didn't work after the 3 hours instructed to charge. Took it back to shop, before work was told be ready later that day. Arrived 8 hours Lata to pickup, wasn't ready nothing had been Checked. Was told to come back the next day. She refused. Demanded another 1. She was given another vape. The store person took the packaging off the new vape took the vape out and gave it to her. She relayed this to me . Also told me there was no packing on the 1st one She had recieved aswell. I contacted shoosha explained they sold an unsealed product the 1st time. Anyone could have tampered with it before she collected it. They checked cameras accepted the pa kaging had been removed by stores person. So that's 2 products that packaging had been removed. This was a $100 purchase. They have not re contacted me to discuss any further . They are dodgy
