Poor Support, lack of professionalism.
I purchased the domain and its still not activated even after 2 days of making purchase. The owner of the website has mentioned 24*7 support just to fool the leads and the active clients.

No or slow response to tickets
No response on Email
No response on phone call
No response on the Live chat

I really want my domain to be active by tomorrow or refund back my money. I don't do business like this especially to business owner who is irresponsible and doesn't care about the customer

Shoutcoder is the worst hosting company, Better to free & cheap hosting but never buy shoutcoder. My site was down for over 6 hours. When you ask them something they will say we are figuring the issue.

It took me 2 months to create website & they deleted it without permission. This is the most horrible thing they are worst then cheap.

Why Not to buy?
1) Only 2 hour support & they call it 24/7
2) They are reseller of data shark & they lie that they have there own servers
3) If you ask for support & help they say "sir submit the ticket we will look after it"

& alot more.

Very poor they are..there hosting is very bad.. they don't listen to tickets... The sites can go down for an average of 1hr a day.. day don't even pay for affiliate marketing.. they are completely scammers.. the site owner did not even pay to support staff even when the support staff had to be paid.. they scammed more than 1 lakh ruppes till now.. By not paying to the staff and not paying for affiliate marketing.. and even not providing propper services as well

Shoutcoder is a good Hosting Service provider.

But the hosting is not reliable at all. Your hard work can be deleted, hacked or suspended any time.

Many times I have lost my website & Then don't even apologise for that. They are will say you that it's your mistake

They even don't keep the recent back-up.

The support team is only good Before you but their service
