Shovl.io is a scam

I lacked a lot of knowledge regarding online hosting and stuff. So, I thought Shovl.io was a pretty solid hosting provider when it got put in front of me. After experiencing the whole mess, you shouldn't purchase anything from Shovl.io is what I recommend to you because it's a scam.
On September 14 2018, I purchased a Website package, Email Service, and Hosting | Lifetime. What came to be $ 90 with invoice #482334. It sounded great but only ended up working for four months, then their whole services they provided were down for more than two years. Even within the four months, I ordered an SEO package on October 23 2018, with invoice #809 for $50, which ended up in Shovl.io downloading the free plugin SEOToast and configuring it. I feel fooled. Even when checking it right now after a long time not using it, my account doesn't exist anymore. Since it got deleted by them. Overall experience, Shovl.io is a scam, and you shouldn't trust them. Yes, I still have the invoice PDFs. Screw you Iceberg and Leeroy.

User panel down

After going offline for a couple weeks the website finally came back up.
The user panel is down though so the service is unusable.
