Crossfit showdown is amazing. The trainers care about getting you results. The area is clean after every workout. Social distancing is enforced. I personally lost 50 LBS being at this gym.
Great facility, with friendly and knowledgeable trainers. Even occasionally a playful four legged friend too :) highly recommended !!

CrossFit showdown is more than just your average gym. It’s a community of good people all trying to get better everyday and have fun at the same time. Between the CrossFit and meltdown classes there’s something for everybody for any goal you want to reach. Joey the owner always finds a way to make the classes fun! I’ll be here for a long time.
Consistently going to the gym was a challenge with other gyms, but I really enjoy the atmosphere of CrossFit Showdown that keeps me connected and consistent. The community is absolutely amazing and management keeps the experience new and refreshing with many events throughout the year. It’s much more than just a normal gym! Excellent!
