Where to begin!!!!

Where to begin. I ordered a chemical through Amazon to clean water spots on my shower glass. I opened the product and attempted to used it only to find hard rock like substances in it. I almost scratched my glass. Luckily I was able to catch it in advance. After contacting customer service. They advised me a return label was in the mail. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I attempted contacting them multiple times only to be ignored. It’s not the money but the principal. I took it upon myself to ship it back. We’ll see how this now plays out. I’ll be opening disputes wherever I need to more importantly sharing my experience with others. I’ll never do business with this company again.

Aweful

We ordered a vanity through Showerdoorsdirect via Amazon. They cancelled our order for no reason, while still selling the vanity on their website (so clearly they had them in stock) and never once responded to the many outreaches we made. Clearly they use Amazon as a lead generation opportunity and then cancel the orders, forcing you to spend more to buy the item from their website directly. Appalling.
