Don't know where the bad reviews are coming from. Ordered back in August 2017 & received within 14 days. Paid via Paypal's pay after receipt & shower head received well before payment was tsken.
Brilliant idea & 12 months + still working well
I ordered Shower Head and replacement stones on 22nd Feb. Stones arrived middle of March, but no Showerhead. Emailed company who apologised for delay and said goods had been despatched giving two Tracking numbers - neither were valid. Emailed again, no reply. Now 23rd April, no goods and no communication. Don't know how to request refund via PayPal as every time I go into Resolution Centre and click on relevant transaction, it comes up with Report a Problem which is what I am trying to do!!!

Awful company. Goods haven't arrived and phone no. Doesn't work. They don't reply to emails (6) Block you on Facebook. Had to block bank card in case they take more money . They need shutting down so avoid like the plague.

As we don't have any orders i your name (most likely purchased from them) the best move to take now is to put a claim in at your bank or PayPal.
Took my money. Wouldn't respond to any emails for 3 weeks. Found out from my bank that a completely different company took the money. Phone number on website doesnt exist. Absolute scam. Ive had to get my card blocked and they have removed my comments on their fb page. Do not buy from these scammers. They'll take your money and god knows what they do with your bank details. Disgusting business. Low lifes. I believe this fraudulent copy site they are going on about is probably them aswell. Working alongside eachother. I wouldnt believe a word they spout
You can block me on your fb page. I made no abusive comments. Ive emailed YOUR conpany many times and you've been less than helpful so regardless of which site conned me. YOU still did nothing to help me figure this out and i STILL wouldnt trust you. Even with the reply you've given. Youve deleted other comments that werent abusive too. You just wont admit your company isnt very professional at all

Cheaply made junk from China, had to open a dispute through Paypal to get my refund.
So shower experience I waited 2 months for my shower heads after many non returned emails. When you finally sent them to me it's quite clear they are used. No packaging. Explain that one? Complete scam and I will come find you for a refund.
After waiting over a week for my order I googled their name and came across this as when I ordered I couldn't specify what stones I wanted, and also what replacement stones I wanted.
I e-mailed and messaged them on Facebook straight after ordering with no reply.
I've just received my order after 4 weeks, the item is from China, a clone, doesn't have the stones I asked for and is completely missing the replacement stones I ordered.
Avoid like the plague.

We did have issues with a copycat website which has since been resolved, As we could prove we were the original shower experience who owns the UK registered trademark In class 11, FB removed the copycat page and their website has also been removed.
Our items are manufactured overseas from verified suppliers all who are legal and registered companies in their respected countries. Typical delivery takes 15 working days tho due to a recent holiday was extended to 25 working days. We are very transparent about delivery times and everything can be found on our website and in your confirmation email.
As also explained in your confirmation email, if you order two or more items they may arrive at separate times.

Absolute scam.
Avoid at all costs.
Ordered in Aug and had order confirmed once they replied. 10 weeks later still not received item.and now been blocked and refusing to.reply to.any messages.
Avoid.. avoid...avoid.
Update.
So after an initial reply from this company trying to say that it was a fake company I was dealing with and that they were the legitimate ones.....all correspondence since have AGAIN been unanswered.
Fake company all round.
DO NOT USE THESE.

Terms & conditions state
"You can get a refund if lost in transit", but then after a few more lines it say's, "If your item has already been shipped we will be unable to process refund until we receive item back". How can you return an item if you haven't got it?

Refunds cannot be processed if you request a refund only 10 days into your est delivery time frame, We need to wait until 40 days have passed until we consider the item as lost, The same with any delivery company.

Came from China which wouldn't be a problem if they were not advertising as a UK company. Shower arrived and was faulty. Several emails to the company but was completely ignored... still no resolution. Waste of time and money! Am reporting them to Trading Standards
Says a UK company but after purchasing told 25 days for delivery....really by donkey from Asia I expect.
Advertised as a UK based company with 1-3 days shipping time, in reality cheap rubbish shipped from China which takes a month to arrive, avoid!
