Avoid, expensive plates not fit for purpose. Please save your money! I purchased 13IN X 4.4IN plates to be legal and MOT passable, cost almost £50. On delivery the plates had scratched surfaces as they were unsecured in the package, I noticed the characters were the incorrect height at 74mm (79mm legal) and slightly off thickness. On contacting the company, they sent an alternative size plate (16IN X 4.5IN). Again, these too arrived scratched, on drilling fixing holes (using old plate as template, using a pilot hole and not etc.) the front of the plate had delaminated slightly. Especially noticeable when drill hole is next to or through the character. On contacting the company, they stated “you are not allowed to drill through characters or digits or any printed part of the plates by Law”. This of course is nonsense, as providing you don’t add screws or bolts to change the look of a letter it is fine. Utter waste of cash and I’ve had to re-buy legal plates for half the cost again.

Don’t waste your money on next day delivery

I ordered plates from this company on Friday at 16:25 as their website promised next day delivery if ordered before 5pm. So I paid the extra £9.99 to use this service expecting the plates to be with me by Monday due to the weekend.

Monday arrives but no plates had been delivered so I had now missed the deadline for a car show I was attending that evening.

After emailing I was the advised that plates must be ordered before 2pm and not the 5pm advertised on the website.

Waste of money and no apology or offer of postage refund for their error!

I went on the web site and sorted, very easily, the show plate for my van at teatime on Thursday. It arrived through my letter box on the Saturday morning packaged in a very sturdy cardboard envelope.
I’m delighted with it.
I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase the new 4 D plates for the van when I’m ready.

These guys are excellent. I gave the wrong address and my number plates got returned to sender. When I emailed them and explained what had happened they got straight back to me(so fast). They resent to correct address and I got number plates the next morning. Brilliant service, really helpful and the keep you up to date. Easy website to use very reasonably priced little fuss.Ordered Sunday arrived Wednesday would highly recommend.

I would avoid this company at all costs, received my numbers plates which were of poor quality, numbers uneven and looks like a child has done them. Wrote to complain along with pictures, the response back was that “ it’s within tolerance” which is absolute rubbish. No apologies or offer to replace. Contacted the ombudsman and made a complaint and awaiting further action. A waste of £55!

After reading your reply, if you cannot see that the numbers are all wonky then that’s the issue clearly. The pictures sent clearly demonstrate this. I’ve kindly and respectfully asked for a replacement or refund, this was ignored, no apology or “let’s help fix this” mentality. I have registered a complaint with the ombudsman and will continue to pursue this. The product is of poor quality and under the consumer act 2015 I am entitled to a refund.

Also I find it baffling that you can reply straight away to a review that’s in the public domain yet fail to respond to personal emails.

I ordered new plates for travelling to France so needed a Union Jack and UK in the banner. They were very easy to order, competitively priced and arrived by Royal Mail within a couple of days. The plates are plastic, not metal but that is fine. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them.

ORDERED Wednesday late evening and it arrived on Friday in the morning. The quality is amazing and their service is really fast and quick and easy to get hold of them by emai.
