A Simple and straight forward process, an email that was responded to within 30 minutes, followed by confirmation of when the collection would be made and collection made at the promised time.

The shredding Company do what they say on the tin. After being disappointed and let down by other providers it was refreshing to deal with polite, helpful people who were only too willing to answer my questions; online and on the phone.
It is more expensive than others but it is worth it to get great service. Drop off and collection were not any problem. The driver was very polite and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
