We stock a variety of styles in sizes XS-3XL, and host regular ladies MTB social rides across the UK to build up the female MTB community. Our MTB jerseys are made using recycled polyester and our casual t-shirts and hoodies are made from organic cotton and printed using eco-friendly inks.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service - enquired about an exchange and they just never reply. Tried via email, instagram, and would call back could find a phone number on their website.

Not the same company anymore

So incredibly disappointed as i loved this brand and have bought items in the past with no issues. I ordered two t-shirts on the 11th of August gave them 10 working days no contact no items! I emailed and sent a message through the website to cover all basis but no contact. Now having to start process with my card company to get money back. Never buying again.

Poor communication, no exchange received or refund

I didn't really want to leave a bad review - I love the brand and wanted to support a small business. The items I ordered were too large, I requested an exchange, response took a little while (after I realised wrong email address on website) but they were happy to exchange. I posted my items back on 27th May - I emailed on 4th June and again on 13th June to check if they have arrived - I have had no response from either email and now I have no items and no refund either.
Hoping this will prompt a look into it?!

Sweatshirt came blank without print

I ordered a sweatshirt which came without the print. I was told you would send out a new one asap on October 5th. I’ve reached out a few times and haven’t heard anything back at all and it’s now 10/24. I am a broke single mom of three so I don’t make purchases lightly. I am so upset.

MTB clothing MADE for women

Bike riding clothing made for women! Yoga top shorts are the comfiest shorts I have ever worn! Literally amazing. I love my T-shirts and hoodie and my little girl loves having a short to match me. Everything about shred like a girl is amazing. I just love the business!

Awful service, going out biking instead of posting my order

The company never answered my emails or delivered my order. The email states they would need 6 business days maximum to dispatch my order, on the 8th business day I have still had no order shipped or reply to my emails. However, I can see on Instagram they are posting regularly and the owner is off mountain biking. Terrible service.

Be careful with sizing!

Really awesome concept and the world needs more female shredders but unfortunately my hoodie was HUUGGEE. It’s as long as a dress.
I have emailed for a refund/exchange but have had no response.
