Ashwin from Shree Design was amazing, contactable 24/7 I ordered my anarkali suit on Wednesday 18 August and I had it in my hand on the 23 August. This considering I had it custom stitched. The suit itself was amazing and looked stunning fitted perfectly as if I had been there for measurements I could not of asked for more. I wore the suit at a family wedding everyone commented on how stunning it looked and they all want one. I can not state how professional and true to word Ashwin has been. The tailoring was perfect and very good quality and just as I had asked.

Do not order anything from this website. They do not deliver on their product until months later. I ordered a saree for my sisters engagement and 2 months later, after the engagement had come and gone, the saree had still not arrived. I had to call every single day to speak to a customer service rep. The customer rep promised me for 2 weeks that I would receive a refund and then the company flipped sides and refused to refund my money even though they had assured me that they would do so. Extremely unprofessional service. Take your business elsewhere to panaashindia.com as this company does not respect the customer.

Recently, I had bought several sarees from Shree Designer Sarees. I found them to be of very nice quality. Also, they are good at communication through emails. As long as they provide quality with efficient customer service I will continue to buy my Indian costumes from them.

I am not happy with this website. Please do not order from them.
I ordered a lengha for a family wedding. They took the money and sent me the measurement form. I returned it all back and was advised a week later that the lengha is being stitched and will be shipped out to me the following week. I thought great.
Then I get an email the following week advised my the lengha is out of stock!!!! How the hell do they explain that!! Why tell me it's being stitched and then say we don't have it!!
I then asked for a refund and was told no problem we will refund the full amount. The refund took 5 weeks of me emailing them every other day demanding a refund. I kept getting told it has been done!!
I then had to put in a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.. Which I got eventually. I will not be using this again... Please be warned!!!

Bought a saree and a suit. They sent the wrong suit - I wanted to return the saree - contacted customer service - they asked me to return the saree to India and send the suit to another customer in London !
Absolute madness...
They then have since refused to refund me - my order was just over £250.00. They keep saying they will refund me but I placed my order in August and nothing since - they have no intention to refund me.
Absolute horrible customer service, they will never refund you.
I then started getting strange emails with attachments from them which the virus software picked up as trojan viruses !
Avoid at all costs...
