Customer Service is Amazing

I had a small inconvenience with an order, one of three items was slightly faulty and the customer service went above and beyond to fix it. Not only I appreciate the effort and the timeliness of the solution provided, but in particular the kindness to which the customer service representative dealt with my problem. I cannot recommend this shop enough for a present to oneself or loved ones. This was my third order from them, never had a problem and since a year I receive compliments for the beautiful posters. I recommend the artist and the shop.
